The Vista Alegre Varre-Sai Farm is a "garden", so close to the city, that is almost a continuation of urban space, with the differential that has all the characteristics of rural areas: fruit trees (are 18 feet of jabuticaba, feet orange, tangerine, guava, mango, jambo), oxen, horses, plants, water from two sources. The house has FOUR BEDROOMS (one suite and three bedrooms), THREE BATHROOMS, TWO LIVING ROOMS, TWO KITCHEN, AN EXTERNAL BALCONY, a beautiful area around the house, where you can enjoy resting in the hammocks, listening to the birdsong, hold gatherings on the large and pleasant balcony. Rooms are equipped with comfortable box beds, 400-thread count sheets, soft, fragrant pillows.
The vacation home features a kitchen, 4 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and a coffee maker. Limited housekeeping is available.
