Nice venue. Hotel room in need of renovation. Bathroom sink was damaged and had semi stop. Dinner was not that good and it was not warm when it came to the table. Waiter forgot to serve bread. Red wine served in white wine glasses as they had no other wine glasses. Good breakfast. All staff were kind.

Vi hade en helt fantastisk vistelse på detta hotell och kan varmt rekommendera det till alla som söker en minnesvärd upplevelse. Från första stund möttes vi av en vänlig och professionell personal som verkligen fick oss att känna sig välkomna. Speciellt min son som fick lite extra uppmärksamhet. Incheckningen gick smidigt och servicen höll hög nivå under hela vistelsen. Sängen var otroligt skön och jag sov bättre än på länge. Dessutom var allt skinande rent, vilket verkligen uppskattas. Hotellets utomhuspool överträffade mina förväntningar och spaavdelningen var en anledning till besöket då sonen också fick vara där. Frukosten hade ett brett utbud av både varma och kalla alternativ, allt av hög kvalitet. Jag ser redan fram emot att komma tillbaka. Ett hotell som verkligen levererar på alla nivåer!

Var bara där för övernattning. Vi var på 50-årsfest i närheten, så vi utnyttjade inte några av hotellets faciliteter. Ett minus var att det inte givits någon information om hur man skulle komma in i hotellet på natten. Kodkortet gick inte att använda i huvudentrén. Vi hittade något vid dörren som såg ut som ett telefonnummer utan att det var specifikt angivet. Ringde numret kl. 01.30 och som tur var svarade någon och berättade att man skulle gå in med kortet vi en annan dörr en bit därifrån. Dåligt att inte den informationen gavs vid incheckningen. Alla är inte där för att bara vara på hotellet hela tiden. Ett annat minus var att det inte gick att se nyheterna på morgonen på TV:n på 4:an då de verkar ha markbunden uppkoppling och inte digital. Frukosten var fräsch och personalen trevlig.

Vi åkte som familj med ett större sällskap. Allt uppfyllde eller överträffade våra förväntningar. Personalen hjälpte till med allt med bokningar, ändringar så att vår vistelse blev toppen. Otroligt fint SPA, fräscha rum och allmänna ytor, toppen restaurang med utmärkt service och jättegod mat. Roligt att det finns så mycket att göra på hotellet och fina promenadområden. Kommer definitivt tillbaka!

Sköna sängar, städning ok. Maten ok men inte jättebra. SPA-avdelningen ej som förväntat; 2 bastuar felbyggda ( arom), man måste stå för att känna effekten. En kallvattenpool saknades, som behövs efter bastu. SPA borde ingå i hotellpriset, för dyrt med andra ord.
