Photos look fine, but reality is very different.

We try to be positive but sometimes ….. Room was disappointing, with vinyl on the floor, cheap curtains and cramped toilet. Shower tiles grouting dirty. Toilet kept running after flushing. Bed springs could be felt. Flashing light in stairway/hall could provoke a fit. The pictures look fine, the reality is very different. Would not return. A good Campanile is better and cheaper.

Nouveaux propriétaires qui font tout pour satisfaire les clients. Plateau repas plus que correct et bien cuisiné. Petit déjeuner très bien pain et croissant frais. Hôtel un peu vieillot mais les nouveaux propriétaires y font des travaux. La literie est très bonne. La salle de bain est à revoir particulièrement les WC qui sont trop collés au lavabo.

Accueil Correct avec un plateau repas chaud correct compte tenu des circonstances sanitaires. Changement de propriétaire perturbé par les confinements successifs. Chauffage central arrêté; Chauffage d'appoint électrique n'a fonctionné qu'une heure donc nuit glaciale. Literie et couchage désuet. Hôtel ouvert et en rénovation. Situation difficile pour les nouveaux propriétaires. A éviter en ce moment.

Les plus : facile d'accès, piscine bien chaude, repas avec beaucoup de possibilités. Mais très proche de la N7 et de ses camions qui circulent sans cesse. Et l'établissement a un peu vieilli.

Une auberge dans son jus, mais accueillante

L'accueil est bon et le propriétaire est un personnage sympathique. L'auberge est bien située par une pause sur le trajet des vacances et une journée au PAL. Par contre, l'auberge baigne dans son jus. C'est vieillot, très très mal insonorisé, la literie n'est pas confortable, la déco est vraiment vieille... La piscine m'a semblé beaucoup trop chlorée et je n'étais pas trop rassuré de m'y baigner avec notre jeune enfant. Le restaurant était bon et très copieux. Je pense qu'on est plutôt que un relai pour commerciaux "VRP" qui accueille exceptionnellement les vacanciers en juillet/août. Pour une petite nuit, ça passe.

This hotel advertises itself with a photo of a swimming pool. What they dont tell you is that it is shut when the owner is not there. And he doesnt show up until 1630. In addition the hotel itself is jaded although OK, but no air conditioning means a hot sweaty night in summer. Restaurant is massively over priced. Go to the local town Varennes where there is a really nice Tunisian restaurant - better food and better prices.

Très satisfaits.

Nous connaissons cet hotel pour y avoir séjourné plusieurs fois, les patrons sont agréables mais cet hôtel va changer de propriétaire. Espérons que les nouveaux seront aussi accueillants et que l'hotel aura toujours la même qualité.
