The apartment is developed around a bright living room, where natural light enters through the large windows overlooking the porch and garden. The living room leads to the sleeping area, consisting of a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Thanks to the presence of a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room, the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to four people.
The property has a covered garage; in the immediate vicinity there are also free public parking spaces available along the road that leads to the residence. The real strength of the apartment is the private garden with a beautiful view of Bellagio, together with the strategic position that allows you to move easily along the entire shore of Lake Como, between Lecco and Colico.
A few steps from the house is the famous Wanderer's Trail , the historic panoramic route that connects the villages of Lake Como with a walk surrounded by nature. For those traveling without a car, the Fiumelatte train station is about 20 minutes away on foot; however, it should be noted that the route is sloping and can be challenging in the presence of heavy luggage. . The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process. The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details.
Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality. . Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours. .
