This is a beautiful property in a perfect location. However, it lacks air conditioning, and opening the windows means dealing with very loud church bells nearby.

Overall, a very nice place to stay. Lots of room and comfortable beds. A few more things could be provided in the kitchen such as paper towels. The location was very convenient but was a little noisy with the church bells next door and the road right out front but, all in all, a very comfortable place to be while spending time in Varenna..

Way too noisy with trash pick up and deliveries to all the commercial businesses starting at 4 am every morning. No less than 15-20 loud deliveries before 7am made it impossible to sleep after 4:30 am. Not a great place to stay on holiday if you want to sleep later than 4:30 am
