Bad service experience

I booked online and selected to pay at hotel. I got confirmation email from hotel. But when I reached hotel with whole family, management told that they gave my rooms to someone else. Hotel management was quite unprofessional in doing so or even hearing us out. Please don’t book this hotel. I struggled a lot to find last minute hotel. In case, i had canceled they would hv charged cancellation fee on my credit card. There is a very small road in front of hotel. Driving to hotel is very difficult.

Hotel propre et bien tenu

Au fond d’un chemin à l’écart des voitures, un peu au delà d’Assi Ghât, l’hôtel a des chambres simples mais propres, avec lit confortable. Service attentionné. Très bon rapport qualité prix.
