This beautiful, very bright apartment with high ceilings has a large, bright 35 m² living room, solid oak flooring and high-quality fittings.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Two beautiful bedrooms with 2 queen-size beds (160×200),
- A beautiful bathroom with a large walk-in shower and double sinks,

IMPORTANT:
- The apartment is located on the 1st floor without a lift.
- The patio visible in the photos of the kitchen and bedroom is not accessible from the accommodation (access blocked).

Exterior:
- A small balcony to enjoy sunny days without outdoor furniture.

The apartment is ideally located in Vannes, close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, etc.

Transport:
- If you are coming by car, the street where the accommodation is located is not accessible by car, so you will need to park around the old town of Vannes. You can opt for the nearby Q-Park du Port car park or the Richemont car park (paid parking).
