Lovely home

The house was spacious with a nice open floor-plan on the first floor (dining room area, kitchens, and living rooms). The house was very clean and everything was provided. The house is also close to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and not too far from downtown Vancouver and the mountains. Ra was quick to respond to messages in the app. Overall, it was a lovely, clean, and quiet home to stay in.

Beautiful House

The house lived up the expectations and beyond. The hosts were great with communication throughout the whole process. Great neighborhood, nice and quiet. Plenty of parking and privacy.

Great house for a large group

The house was perfect for our extended family vacation. Plenty of room for everyone. Was a bit strange sharing the backyard with the people living in the attached suite.

Attentive Host

The home was as pictured and described. The area was convenient to what we were doing. There were a bunch of attention to small details that made this stay enjoyable. The host was very attentive and acted promptly on the one issue we did have making it overall not a problem. That was nice to experience. Overall, I would stay there again.

Tenant

House and neighborhood was nice. Previous renters left the garbage cans over filled, thus birds were getting into it and spreading it throughout the yard, plus it smelled really bad. The biggest complaint is there are tenant(s) living on one side of the house (separate attached unit). This was not mentioned in the house description. One tenant walked onto the back patio much to our surprise right after we got there. I had booked it for two nights, but only stayed one night. Very uncomfortable situation. The owner later told me that there were tenant(s) after I text her.

Great spot for a family reunion!

Our family came together from far and wide to celebrate my niece and nephew's graduation in Maple Ridge. Ra's place was spacious and allowed us to each family to have their personal space. Ra was very responsive to my questions and our family enjoyed our stay. Would recommend to our friends!

Extended Family Space

We rented this space for our extended family to stay for my niece’s wedding in the area. It was perfect for us. The location easy to access to the wedding venues in Burnaby & Pitt Meadows and close to my brother’s home in Surrey. Easy access to last minute shopping. We also needed to feed our crew of 10 people so the kitchen and spice kitchen with large pots and enough dishes for all served us well. Slight disappointment in that it advertised a hot tub, and there was no hot tub, but this was not a necessity, just was not as advertised, and would have been nice to sooth our tired feet and backs. The main floor bedroom with en-suite bathroom & walk in shower was perfect for our elderly dad who walks with a walker. Overall exceptional for our stay!!!

Great for family reunion

The place is awesome, elegantly designed, very classy and clean. Amenities are exemplary including cooking supplies. We all love to cook and the dirty kitchen was really a welcome addition to the place. The hosts are very receptive to our needs and easy to contact. The bedrooms and bathrooms are well appointed with what we need. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. My niece and her husband who are also owners of short rentals were really impressed! Family Gathering

Huge space that helped with our guest. Everyone loves the beautiful house. Great location and neighbors are quiet. The yard and accessories was a perfect Getaway for family. Loved this house and I highly recommend this house.

Great Space for Family, Friends or Team

This house has great space on the main floor for cooking, dining and hanging out for many people. Lots of beds upstairs and a nice master on the main floor. The house was clean and the hosts very easy to communicate with, and helpful. Location is convenient to a wide range of the Lower Mainland as is close to the highway. Highly recommended for a large family gathering or weekend sports tournament.

Great location and property for our stay

We were in town for my son's hockey tournament along with another family. The house was roomy and accommodated all of us very comfortably. Communication with the host as well as check in/check out was quick and easy. We are giving it only 4 stars as there were just a few little quirks that we communicated to the owners about (e.g. no flat sheet on the bed, no non-stick pans, difficulty getting hot water upstairs) and they were responsive. We would definitely stay there again!
