The room is facing the inner garden of the House, very quiet, sunny.

You can use all private facilities in the room, including bedroom and bathroom and living room kitchen, The Airbnb is located on the 1st floor of the House, the 2nd floor is occupied by other people. The backyard and front yard of the house is shared.

- NO Pets (Dogs/Cats), I charge 200 CAD fine if the pet was been found in the house.
- Quiet hours 10PM-8AM;
- The earliest check-in time is 4pm and the latest check-out time is 10am as I need enough time to clean the room. If you need to check in early or check out late, please message me and I will charge $20-$60 depending on your situation appropriately to get the cleaning done early;
