I stayed in the room for two months. It is clean with all the modern amenities and a fully furnished kitchen. The host responds quicky to messages. The location is very convenient for transit to UBC. The room is located in the basement of the house, so there is limited natural light. Also, please note that the kitchen and bathroom are shared with two other rooms, so there is no guarantee that you have the whole place to yourself. Overall, the stay was nice and it works well for a place to sleep for a few nights in Vancouver.

The property was as advertised, I had no issues with the property or the owner himself. He was very accommodating,polite and professional.My issue was with the VRBO site and app. It was impossible to sign in, kept getting messages of "this page not available", "something went wrong on our end try again" etc. This made communicating with the owner/property manager impossible. I had to get information from another tenant.
