During your stay, families can spend time with Goats and chickens. They can also visit our working farm, where we grow Seasonal Herbs and vegetables, and purchase fresh produce.

Furthermore, we offer access to 10 acres of untouched natural trails alongside the Salmon River, where individuals can learn about native plant species and the wildlife that inhabits the area.

Our garden is nestled within a grove of cedars along the serene banks of the Salmon River, providing a peaceful environment for families. We focus on cultivating various natural healing plants, herbs, and flowers, enhancing the beauty of the landscape.

Additionally, our property supports local wildlife, including deer, owls, rabbits, coyotes, and eagles.

Please note that from September - to February, only Rancher is accessible - River, Trail, and Farm are closed.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire farmhouse, including the private pool, hot tub, sauna, pool table, and Smart TVs. The fully equipped kitchen is available for your use, and you'll have plenty of space to relax indoors and out.

Families can also interact with goats and chickens on the property, explore seasonal farm trails, and shop for fresh produce. The vast outdoor area offers stunning views and space to unwind.

Note: From September to March, only the Rancher is accessible; the farm, river, and trails are closed during this period

Grill Section:

Standard Size – $50 (Includes 1 empty cylinder)

Large Size – $75 (Includes 2 empty cylinders)

Guests are responsible for refilling the cylinders and returning them after use. Enjoy your outdoor cooking experience! 🍽🔥

Parking area:

The parking area can accommodate up to 25 cars and will be shared among all occupants of the property.

Extra towels:

After each cleaning, we ensure that a basic set of towels is provided. Additional towels are then added based on the number of guests in your reservation, along with 4–5 extra towels for your convenience. If you happen to need more during your stay, just let us know—additional towels can be provided for an extra charge.

Hall Space Availability
If you need additional space during your stay, our spacious hall area is available for use at a rate of $200. It's a great option for extra comfort, hosting small gatherings, or simply spreading out and relaxing. Let us know if you'd like to add it to your reservation!

Early check in:
We offer 1 hour of complimentary early check-in, and up to 2 hours if the booking conditions allow it. This is still subject to availability and approval.

If you wish to check in before 3PM, an early check-in fee of $100 per hour will apply, also subject to availability.

Pool:

Please manage your expectations that our pool is not heated. Thank you.

Penalty Fees:

🚭 Unauthorized Smoking:
This is a strictly non-smoking property. A $1000 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking of any kind (including tobacco, cannabis, or vaping) is detected inside the unit.

🐾 Unauthorized Pets:
No pets are allowed unless approved in advance. Bringing pets without prior consent will result in a $1000 penalty to cover deep cleaning and potential damages.

Unauthorized events:
Please note that any unauthorized events are subject to fines based on the size of the event. For these types of events, we typically charge a $2,000 fee.
