Welcome to this beautiful 2300 square foot new build home and experience life on Current River in Van Buren, Missouri.

This spacious home offers a huge open floor plan, 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are master suites. One master suite and one regular bedroom has patio doors that open up to a huge deck that spans the width of the home. 3 1/2 bath, granite countertops and new appliances with dishwasher included. Plenty of seating arrangements with a couch and 2 rocker recliner love seats, a farmhouse table that will seat 6 and 4 bar stools.

Huge windows and doors from the living area that open up to the deck outside where you can enjoy our beautiful Current River only a few feet away! Gravel bar right in front of the house and boat access only a short distance.

This home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a patio and 3.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. The vacation home also includes a washing machine.

This house is under construction and for sale so there is very limited necessities for an enjoyable stay. There are very limited items in the kitchen, a very small charcoal grill, no chairs on the porch to sit, no hand soap in the bathrooms, no trash cans in the bathrooms, no toiletries of any kind, very few towels and little toilet paper. The ground level of the house is under construction and is entirely open on both sides since they have not put doors or windows in. The finished part of the house is up about 30 stairs to a deck which has one end that is not finished and open. Not safe for children!!! Owner had lost the keys to the house so we could not lock the house while we stayed! I brought up my concerns to the owner and their response was basically, yip that’s how it is. If your looking for an expensive place to crash this would be ok if your looking for a house to cook and entertain a crew look elsewhere! If you have kids look elsewhere!
