It is a very old rehabilitated construction, the house has a built area of 70 m2 located on a farm of more than 7,500 m2. The building has two floors with a flat roof and a wooden structure in the interior, the interior floors are ceramic stoneware and wood. In its rehabilitation the original characteristics of the pajero and the existing materials of its region have been conserved.
The terrace and patio are important parts where you can enjoy a true spectacle of the Atlantic and nature, in addition the farm has direct access to trails.
. Ideal to disconnect, rest and perform creative and leisure activities. It is located in the area of midlands (about 700 meters above sea level) in one of the first settlements after the Spanish conquest. Ideal for hiking trails on rural roads, being in the vicinity of the Holy Tree, the Village of Las Montañetas, La Albarrada and viewpoints of La Peña and Jinama.
The vacation home is soundproofed and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom and a dining area.
