- A beautiful shared garden of 6,000 m² with a fenced plot, table and chairs
- A 40 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- Petanque pitch close to the accommodation

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, ironing board, barbecue.

The property is ideally located in Valsemé, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.

Activities:
- Learn or improve your horse-riding skills in a calm environment surrounded by nature.
- Go jogging on a variety of trails, from countryside to wooded paths, perfect for running.
- Explore the region by bike, taking advantage of the cycle paths and the beautiful Normandy countryside.
- Take advantage of the beaches close to Deauville and Cabourg for moments of relaxation, swimming or walks by the sea.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the gîte's private outdoor car park (space for two vehicles).

- Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet, a 50-minute drive away
