El apartamento Landscape consta de tres habitaciones dobles (en la más grande es posible insertar una tercera cama), dos baños con ducha y un tercer baño sin ducha, un gran ambiente panorámico con sala de estar y comedor con una gran mesa para 8/10 personas, una cocina totalmente equipada. En el exterior hay un pequeño rincón privado cubierto con zona de comedor y zona de relax. El apartamento está situado en el primer piso de una antigua casa de campo renovada con encanto, materiales ecológicos, inmerso en las verdes colinas de Bolonia y rodeado de olivos. La estructura, que consta de otros dos apartamentos, se encuentra dentro de una gran propiedad de más de 100.000 metros cuadrados en la que se encuentra la casa principal, la piscina infinita que incluye una gran zona de relax y un vestuario con aseo, una zona de juegos con ping-pong y una zona equipada para barbacoa y la zona de aparcamiento. La piscina tiene 1,40 m de profundidad y está equipada con cómodos escalones para el descenso, con un borde infinito con una vista espectacular de las colinas circundantes y con apertura estacional del 15/05 al 30/09 dependiendo de las condiciones climáticas y abierta todos los días de 9.00 a 18.30. Internet y wi-fi gratuitos en toda la propiedad. La zona de barbacoa equipada está disponible hasta las 21.00 horas. Se ruega a nuestros huéspedes que hagan un uso adecuado de las instalaciones y áreas equipadas, liberándolas al final de las horas indicadas. Great property and location

We loved our stay in Crespellano. Alessandro and his whole family were responsive, helpful and had excellent suggestions for things to do. Would definitely stay again.

The location was perfect for doing day trips to all the amazing Emilia Romagna cities. We saw San Marina, Ravenna, Dozza, Parma, Modena & more! It was also perfect to just relax. There are many terrific restaurants nearby. Our hosts, Gregorio & Francesco were wonderful, they truly wanted to ensure that we had a wonderful time in Italy and were helpful with anything we needed. We can't wait to come back!

Excellent location away from the bustle of Bologna. Only 20 mins from the airport by car. Definitely recommend a car to see the surrounding area, but use the train to go to Bologna/Imola

Crespellano paradise

We had a very peaceful time at this well maintained property. Close to nice villages outside of Bologna and easy access to Bologna. Excellent hosts- friendly and caring for our needs. access to the pool on a very hot week was a godsend.

Relaxing holiday

Beautiful location. Peaceful with fabulous views. Allesandro was a really helpful host who kindly booked a parmesan factory tour and had useful advice for other day visits. The pool was very welcome as the days were so hot!

Our stay at Borgo degli Ulivi

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this breathtaking place. The apartment is spacious, very tastefully decorated and has an amazing view to a gorgeous landscape. Lovely property. Alessandro was a great host and even arranged dinner reservations for us on our first evening. Quiet, beautiful views, and centrally located in the food valley of Italy. Unseasonably warm during our visit, so plan accordingly if visiting in warmer months. Would stay again!!

19 nights at Borgo Degli Ulivi in the Beautiful Bolognese Hills!

Our hosts Alessandro & Angela and sons Gregorio & Francesco were excellent. Always available if needed and very helpful. Everything they recommended and or booked for us (restaurants included) were our favourites...including Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena with Franca, Wine & Food tasting at Casino di Pragatto, Parmigiana-Reggiano cheese production and tasting! The property was beautiful with stunning views from our apartment and pool. The location was perfect! Within a two hour drive of many beautiful cities like Venezia, Firenze, Parma, Ravenna, Ferrara, Faenza (Imola) and much closer Bologna, Modena. The Emilia-Romagna region of Italy is filled with the most delicious food and wine and Borgo Degli Ulivi is right in the heart of it. It was very hot but we loved it and hope to return. Carla & Jeff

Well, that sucked

The check in process reminded me that I should go for a jog, how rude in American culture. The pool was awesome, till the hours of operation were very limited and it was covered in swarming bees and ants. The son of the people running the property was rude and confrontational. I wanted to make the best of it but this location made that hard. The property said it had AC, I was told when checking in that it didn’t work, it was 38c out, yikes.

Gorgeous Peaceful Property in the Bologna Countryside

This was our first trip to Italy and to Bologna. We thoroughly enjoyed this gorgeous, peaceful setting in the Bologna countryside. The view from our living area window was SPECTACULAR!!!! Alessandro, Angela and Gregorio made us feel very welcome and comfortable on the property and helped us with anything we needed. Alessandro arranged for a wonderful pasta making/ cooking class with Monica and Barbara from tryandtaste.it for us that was EXCEPTIONAL- (afterwards we sat down and shared the meal we created together.) Every night, my husband and I were able to take a lovely peaceful walk around the property and on the main road to photograph the sunset. We were in the countryside of Bologna without a car, and it can be challenging to arrange a taxi, but do not hesitate to ask Alessandro or Gregorio for assistance- they were wonderful. (Once we were in the city of Bologna, there were taxis at your disposal everywhere!) We would not hesitate to stay here again-truly a relaxing few days!

Fantastic country holiday

We recently had a fabulous week in the Landscape apartment, hosted by Alessandro and Angela. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen and an amazing living/dining area looking out over the hills and the castle. We spent most of our time in this room, after cooking in the fully equipped kitchen as the views were spectacular. Of an evening we opened the windows up and got a lovely cool breeze through the apartment. The dining table will easily fit 12 people. The gardens were great and we enjoyed fresh figs from the fig tree. We ate lunch at our outdoor dining table in the gardens and enjoyed morning and afternoon swims in the amazing infinity pool on the other side of the house. It was the little touches we thought were great such as pool towels being supplied and being able to use the laundry to wash clothes. The apartment is a short walk into Crespanello, about a km down a hill however I’d recommend having a car so you can do the easy drive into Bologna or Modena. Alessandro and Angela were great hosts, recommending places to eat both around the area and in our next destination and we had a great day at FICO Eataly World on Alessandro’s recommendations.

La verdad fuimos por trabajo y lo mezclamos con el placer. Los dueños Alessandro y Angela son encantadores, personas de mucha categoría que nos atendieron fenomenal. La casa estaba impecable, muy cómoda, con todos los servicios. La vista increíble. Nosotros porque estuvimos en Marzo que sino aprovechar esos porches y la piscina tienes que ser una experiencia fantástica. Muy recomendable.

Charme, piscine magnifique sur un très beau paysage

Très belle semaine en famille malgré la canicule. La superbe piscine nous a permis de supporter la chaleur et mériterait des horaires plus étendus en période estivale. La 3eme chambre est en fait dans le salon, séparée par un paravent. Le gîte est charmant et très bien équipé. Les conseils de Greg nous ont été très utile et son accueil très chaleureux, encore merci pour tout. Hâte de goûter l’huile d’olive et le miel achetés sur place.

A sight for sore eyes

Wir können uns den positiven Rückmeldungen nur anschließen. Das ist ein wunderschöner Ort zum Leben und zum zeitweisen Verweilen. Das hübsche Haus ist ruhig gelegen, aber ein guter Ausgangspunkt für die vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Region. Das Haus und das großzügige Grundstück sind eingebettet in eine faszinierende Landschaft, die in Wirklichkeit noch schöner ist als die Bilder es zeigen. Die gastgebende Familie ist sehr freundlich und geht auf die Bedürfnisse ihrer Gäste ein. Wir blicken mit schönen Erinnerungen zurück. Dankeschön!

What a wonderful place!

We had just a magnificent time at Borgo degli ulivi. Alessandro, Angela and their family are most welcoming, kind and helpful; offering great suggestions for things to do and places to eat. Fantastisches Anwesen, tolle Wohnung

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub bei Alessandro. Die große Ferienwohnung ist toll eingerichtet. Es gibt einen großen Tisch im Hauptraum für die Mahlzeiten und einen unvergesslichen Blick in die Berge von Bologna. Die Küche ist ausreichend, die Schlafzimmer und Bäder sind gut ausgestattet. Ebenso gibt es in jeder Ecke liebevolle Details. Vor dem Eingang zur Wohnung befindet sich ein überdachten Sitz mit Sofas, ebenso ein Tisch mit Stühlen für den Aufenthalt im Freien. Der Pool ist prima, leider mit Öffnungszeiten. Dies war in der Anzeige von Fewo nicht angegeben, aber auf der Homepage von Alessandro. Das war das einzige Manko. Ich würdem jedem diesen fantastischen Ort empfehlen!

Very Nice stay

We had a Great time at the place with Alessandro. Very Nice pool, and Alessandro were very helpfull with references to Wine tasting among Other things. We had a really good time!
