Spacious and bright, this air-conditioned apartment on the first floor of a quiet cul-de-sac is ideal for a relaxing holiday or a business stay in Valras-Plage.

It can accommodate up to 4 people and includes:

• 1 bedroom with a 160 cm double bed

• 1 sofa bed (140 cm) in the living room

• A comfortable living area opening onto a fully equipped kitchen with:

o Oven, microwave

o Hobs

o Fridge

o Crockery and cooking utensils

o Built-in washing machine

• A very spacious bathroom with bathtub and large storage cupboards

• Wi-Fi and TV with included channels for your relaxing moments



Guest Access:

24/7 access via a secure key box (code provided on the day of arrival).



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is very quiet while still being ideally located.



Getting Around:

The town centre is less than 2 minutes’ walk away, the beach is only 500 metres away, and shops and restaurants are close by.

No parking space is assigned.

Baby equipment available as an optional extra: travel cot and high chair provided as a package for €15 per stay. The travel cot is provided with the standard mattress designed for this type of cot, not with an additional thick mattress. Baby bed linen is not provided.

Late arrival after 11:00 p.m.: €40 extra charge only if an in-person check-in is required. If the late arrival after 11:00 p.m.
