Superb new chalet offering peace and comfort, just 100 m from the village center and cable car, 15 km from Chamonix Mont-Blanc, and 2 km from the Swiss border. Designed for 4 to 8 guests, it features 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 2 bedrooms with twin beds, a bathroom with a large shower, double sinks, and a washing machine. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is open to the living area, with large windows leading to the terrace, garden, and mountain views. Private garage and snow-cleared parking are available. You can reach the chalet by car (snow equipment recommended) or by train from Chamonix or Switzerland. Geneva Airport is accessible by car.



A unique highlight is the upstairs walkway, which provides access to the twin bedrooms and overlooks the main living area and exposed wooden beams, creating a spacious and welcoming atmosphere.



The owners live nearby and are available for any questions. You will receive a personalized welcome on arrival, assistance during check-in and check-out.
