Bright and quiet

Excellent place, bright, clean, hot water. Had to contact the manager Pedro about a peep peep sound after a brief power outage. He replied Immediately and told me what to do. Quiet area, close to Merchants Street. Highly recommend this place.

Comfortable apartment

The apartment was very clean and airy with great air conditioning and spacious rooms. Hairdryer, laundry facilities all good. The door entry systems were easy to use. Communal areas were clean and tidy and all other residents were quiet. The apartment is about a 10 minute walk, with hills / steps to the main bars and restaurants.

El alojamiento no tenía ventilación, los aparatos de aire acondicionado estaban en el patio posterior, con trastos viejos. Lo peor era la humedad que se respiraba dentro, con paredes mojadas y pintura saltada. Deberían cuidar los detalles de limpieza e higiene porque el precio que se paga no es barato.
