Hotel was clean, staff friendly and helpful. Location was good but the experience was let down by lack of access information by the booking agent who failed to give adequate information about access, or provisions for late arrival. Our flight was delayed and there was no way to communicate with anyone re access to the hotel after Starbucks closed at 11pm. We were not informed prior to departure from London that access to the hotel was via Starbucks or that there was a 24-hour presence. The phone number provided online cut out and no answer service was initiated.
Now I know the above processes, I’d be happy to use the hotel again but it caused a lot of stress initially.
