Furthermore the bus terminus with buses to all main attractions in Malta is just a 5 min walk away.

Stay in Malta
We booked the apartment which was described as 2nd floor. Shortly before our trip I received a message that it was on the 5th floor. Thinking 5 flights of steps was doable we chose not to research an alternative. Upon our arrival the key was not available. We were informed by the nice driver that someone was on their way to deliver a key. We waited some time when finally a man stopped in front and handed a key through the car window and drove off. We discovered the apartment was 13 flights of stairs totaling 143 steps with multiple stairwells with no lighting. I fortunately had a flashlight with me. The stairways present a danger of a fall risk. There is a lift but it was not in working order. After traveling 1.5 days to arrive the twins bed were extremely uncomfortable. We were told the mattresses were new; however, springs could be felt upon laying on the bed! I love Malta but was extremely disappointed in the accommodation and would not recommend it to anyone!
