A beautiful Property

Have just returned from Sardinia; the weather was good and we enjoyed many days of hot sunshine. The property is unusual as this large house has 3 gites within the ground floor. The gardens are magnificent with lots of personal outside space. Parking was also provided, within the grounds. The house is managed by the owner's parents, who were both welcoming and pleasant. They only speak Italian but we managed with the support of an I phone. This is the the end of the Sardinian season, so many places were closed. However there was local bar and a restaurant within walking distance; both selling excellent drink and food at good prices. Thank you GianLuca for a great stay.

Nice quiet location, easy walking access to local supermarket and restaurant.

If you want a real 'get away from it all' holiday then this will do nicely. Small town, quiet, supermarket and lovely restaurant within a few minutes walk. Transport though is definately needed to get out and and about. Lovely local beaches and others within 45 min drive, Platamona beach is one that stands out. There are also a few nature reserves within an hours drive for those of you who, like us like be amongst the wildlife. Our accommodation was lovely, clean and tidy with nice comfy beds, good sized bathroom with shower, and the owners very welcoming, we would highly reccommend it. There is plenty of parking in the carport within the grounds and felt very safe generally. Alan and Paula, Midlands.

Sehr schöne saubere Wohnung. Gut gelegen für einen Badeurlaub.

Sehr nette Kommunikation zum Vermieter über WhatsApp. Die Mama vor Ort kümmert sich um alles. Mit Übersetzer kein Problem. Ca 200m zur Steilküste. Wir sind zum Baden immer zu einem sehr schönen langen Strand in der Nähe gefahren. Die Wohnung ist uneingeschränkt für 2 Personen zu empfehlen. Sogar Deutsches Fernsehen war schon für uns eingestellt. Das Auto wird direkt auf dem Hof in carport geparkt. Wir hatten einen wirklich angenehmen schönen Aufenthalt. Danke an Gian Luca und seine Mama

Toller Urlaub in schöner Umgebung.

Freundliche zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Gepflegte Ferienwohnung in einem schönen Garten. Ruhige Umgebung - Entfernung zum Strand 500m Vermisst habe ich nur eine Kaffeemaschine.

Che dire tutto come descritto appartamento confortevole (peccato per la tenda nella doccia e un po’ troppo basso il doccino)la sig Iole una persona fantastica tutto ben pulito e curato il giardino con le sue isole di piante grasse bellissimo da consigliare e sarà la nostra casa vacanza per le prox ferie se disponibile

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Großzügig eingerichtet und sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen lieben Dank an die Vermieter für die herzliche Aufnahme und das Verständnis, dass wir aus familiären Gründen vorzeitig abreisen mussten.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung und nette Gastgeber

Wir hatten einen sehr schöne Zeit in der Ferienwohnung in La Ciaccia. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung, ihre Lage und der Außenbereich entsprachen vollkommen der Beschreibung. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt (außer vielleicht ein kleines Gemüsemesser und ein etwas größeres Schneidebrett ;)). Durch den Insektenschutz vor allen Fenstern konnte man stets alle Fenster ohne Bedenken geöffnet lassen. Der Garten ist sehr schön und wird täglich gepflegt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass der Gastgeber jederzeit kurzfristig per Email erreichbar war und bei jedem Problem sofort Abhilfe geschaffen hätte. Die Eltern des Gastgebers bewohnen die oberen Etagen des Grundstücks. Dennoch hatten wir eine ungestörte Privatsphäre, da die Terrasse der Wohnung überdacht ist und nicht von den oberen Räumen einsehbar ist. Somit hatte die räumliche Nähe zu den Gastgebereltern den Vorteil, dass immer ein Ansprechpartner vor Ort ist, ohne jedoch die Privatsphäre einzuschränken. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit, bedanken uns bei den sehr herzlichen Gastgebern und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
