A bright and airy 2 Rooms property. The unit has 1 bedroom with king size bed , wardrobe Tv 32 inch lcd and it's own exit to the veranda.
1 bathroom, including Sink,mirror,bidet, wc, and shower .
Living room settee bed, lcd television air con, table and 4 chairs. Leaving room also connect to the veranda where you have a fantasic view of the sea and hills , also space for al fresco dinning with table and 4 chairs
The kitchen area has all the utensils and equipment needed for a self catering holiday including iron , 4 gas ring hob microwave integrated fridge freezer

An excellent position to easily reach the most famous surrounding destinations including Castelsardo, Mimosa Bay, Isola Rossa and Costa Paradiso.

If you decide to head east, you will arrive in no time at the Maddalena Archipelago and the Emerald Coast.
