Located in the lovely and convenient town of Valledoria (SS), it offers in fact the possibility to live wonderful days at sea, immersed in magnificent landscapes made of white sandy beaches and wonderful dunes, such as those of San Pietro a few hundred meters from the villetta, or rocks shaped by the wind, with marble shades such as those of the pretty Isola Rossa just 15 minutes away.

Enchanting beaches such as those of Ezzi Mannu, la Pelosa, Cala Serraina and many others will be easily reachable destinations to dive into a dreamlike sea.

Several attractions that offer relaxing cues for pleasant days such as the nearby thermal baths, or centers of historical, archaeological and natural interest, such as, Castelsardo (only 16 km away) or Sedini, museums or the birdwathing center "Imarcadero" (at 500 mt.) for fantastic tours, immersed in the wilderness that you can find going up the waters of the Coghinas River.
