Toller Urlaub mit kleinen Abzügen

September 2020 + kostenloses Babybett + super sauber und ansprechend eingerichtet + Föhn, Bügeleisen/Brett + Sonnenschirm für den Strand + „Klappliegen“ zum sonnen + großer Kühlschrank/Eisfach + tolle Waschmaschine + Leine und Ständer, Klammern + sehr nette Vermieter!! (Wohnen oben mit im Haus, sind aber nicht aufdringlich) + Feigenbaum vor der Terrasse, mhhh :) Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich 3 Wohnungen, allerdings bekommt man von den anderen nichts mit, da jeder seine eigene Terrasse hat. Sehr angenehme und ruhige Lage!! Supermarkt, Bäcker, Bar, Restaurant, Eisdiele etc fußläufig erreichbar. - leider sehr hellhörig! (wir waren mit Baby da, andere Schlafenszeiten als die Italiener :) - sehr wenig Küchenausstattung (Teller, Schalen, Becher, Löffel, etc) - kein vernünftiger Wischer, Staubsauger oä (Wir waren mit Krabbel Baby da, man läuft im Sommer ja ständig rein und raus. Bei 3 Wochen Aufenthalt und Baby sammelt sich da einiges an) - geringer Wasserdruck und nur wenig Warmwasser beim duschen - Tolle Regendusche die aber leider nicht funktionierte - keine Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad (kleiner Badschrank wäre toll) - Licht im Kühlschrank defekt - schwenkbare Fensterläden defekt (außer im Bad) - Matratze dünn und verlegen Der direkte „Strand“ ca 300m ist eine Steilküste, diese muss man runtersteigen um ans Wasser zu gelangen. Dort ist aber kein Strand vorhanden. Wasser sehr schön! Es sind auch diverse andere tolle Strände per Auto (kurze Strecke) erreichbar. Parken meist gegen Gebühren (ab 15.9 kostenlos). Im September sind die Strände angenehm leer und es gibt sehr viele schöne Abschnitte die nicht mit Liegen gepflastert sind :) Vielen Dank an Gianluca und seine Eltern!!!

Genuss pur!

Ein Ort zum Verlieben. Schon im Vorfeld hatte ich aufgrund des intensiven Austausches mit dem Vermieter ein gutes Gefühl. Mails wurden ausführlich, schnell und sympathisch beantwortet. Der Empfang in La Ciaccia war herzlich, wir fühlten uns gleich wohl. Das Appartement ist neu renoviert, zweckmäßig eingerichtet, mit allen wichtigen Utensilien und dabei sehr italienisch. Unsere Terrasse war sehr privat, umringt von Oleandern, Feigenbäumen, Kakteen usw.. Von den anderen Gästen bekommt man kaum etwas mit, da jede Partei eine andere Hauseigentümer bewohnt. Eine Bäckerei, ein Supermarkt, Apotheke, mehrere Restaurants und Bars sind in dem kleinen Ort bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen, ebenso der sehr naturbelassene Sandstrand. Der Ort ist keine typische Touristenhochburg, was wir als ausgesprochen angenehm empfanden. Auch viele Italiener machen hier Urlaub, was den mediterranen Flair nur noch unterstreicht. Wer also einen ruhigen Urlaub in typischer Atmosphäre verleben möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Unternehmungslustige benötigen jedoch einen Leihwagen, auch der Weg zu den teils versteckt liegenden anderen Stränden ist ohne Auto schlecht möglich. Obwohl man auch mit Sardegna Bus einen Großteil der Insel erkunden kann. Wir haben schöne Wochen bei Francesco und Joe verbracht. Alles tutto bene!!

Wir sind nun schon zum zweiten Mal hier und es werden noch mehrere Male folgen. Die Wohnung war tiptop sauber und jede Fewo hat ihren kleinen privaten Außenbereich. Sie ist mit Liebe eingerichtet und mit allen Nötigen ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und fürsorglich, dass man es kaum glauben kann, dass es so liebe Menschen gibt. Man kann sie nur mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen! Der Ort La Ciaccia ist klein und noch von den großen Touristenmassen unberührt! Die Lage ist optimal um Städte, wie Sassari,Santa Teresa, Alghero... zu besuchen. Zum Schluss noch einen Geheimtipp für alle Pizzaliebhaber ,*CROSS COUNTRY*in der Nachbarortschaft Sedini( ca.10 km entfernt).

Super vacances

Nous avons séjourné chez Gian Luca dans l'appartement Hibiscus. L'appartement est conforme à la description de l'annonce: très bien équipé, très spacieux et surtout d'une propreté exemplaire! L'accueil fut très chaleureux de la part des parents de Gian Luca: ils sont également disponible pour répondre à nos questions et aussi en cas de problème. Après un violent orage nous avons eu un petit souci avec l'électricité et après avoir contacté Gian Luca, le problème fut résolu en moins de 15 minutes, service vraiment au top! L'extérieur aussi très propre et confortable. Le village est accessible en quelques minutes de marche: restaurant, épicerie, boulangerie, plage... Nous serons de retour chez Gian Luca lors de notre prochain voyage en Sardaigne, vous pouvez louer ces appartements les yeux fermés, c'est un excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Fin lägenhet i lugnt område med trevliga människor

Vi kan bara hålla med andra recensenter om att man har alla möjligheter att ha en skön semester här. Lägenheten var exemplariskt ren och välkomnande när vi kom och värdfamiljen fick oss att känna oss hemma. De var lyhörda för önskemål och måna om att vi skulle trivas. De tre lägenheterna ligger med ingång på varsin sida så man stör inte varandra, men kan naturligtvis ha trevligt sällskap av varandra om man så önskar. Det är också trevligt att sitta i trädgården och njuta av alla växter och blommor. Området är lugnt och går man gatan ner har man en fin utsikt över havet och kusten och ända till Korsika. We agree with what other people have already said. You really get a chance to enjoy a great holiday here. The apartment was really clean and welcoming and the landlords made us feel at home. They made sure that we had a nice stay and we appreciate the possibility to communicate directly with them, both before the arrival and during our stay. There are three apartments to rent but with entrances on different sides of the house so you don't disturb each other but may of course enjoy the company if you'd like. It is nice to sit in the garden and enjoy the flowers. The area is calm and quite and at the end of the road you have a magnificant view of the sea all the way to Corsica.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene da Gian Luca e sua famiglia, molto gentili! Erano veramente belle vacanze in un posto molto tranquillo. Ottimo!!! Super Ferienwohnung-empfehlenswert. Ruhige Lage und guter Ausgangspunkt zu diversen Stränden und Buchten. Nahe gelegen beim wunderschönen Castelsardo. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Appartement Sole

Wir bewohnten in der Villa Bouganville das Appartemento Sole. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet und war sehr sauber. Toll war der große Kühlschrank mit separatem großen Gefrierfach. Das Appartemento verfügt zudem über eine große überdachte Terrasse, die wir gerne zum Frühstücken und Abendessen genutzt haben. Das ganze Anwesen ist recht großzügig angelegt und bietet viel Platz. Ruhige und zentrale Lage, Fussweg zum Supermarkt, Bäcker , Eisdiele und Pizzeria jeweils nur gut 5 Minuten zu Fuß. La Ciaccia ist ein idealer Ort für die Erkundung von Nordsardinien und dessen Stränden. Sowohl nach Alghero (Westen) als auch nach Santa Teresa di Gallura (Osten) beträgt die Fahrtzeit mit dem Auto gut 1 Stunde und es gibt beidseitig jede Menge unterschiedlichste Strände zu entdecken. Wir hatten tolle 14 Tage in Sardinien und können die Villa Bouganville von Gian Luca wärmstens empfehlen. Super hilfsbereite Gastgeber! Dirk und Christine

Bellissimo Sardegna

Wir waren zum 1. Mal für knapp 2 Wochen auf Sardinien und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Casa Recino bei Francesco und Jole. Unser Auto (Anreise mit Pkw und Fährschiff) hatte einen guten Platz unter dem Carport direkt beim Haus. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und liebevoll zurecht gemacht. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten und schliefen auf den Matratzen in ruhiger Umgebung sehr gut. Allerdings vermissten wir hellere Leselampen am Bett. Mrs. Jole empfing uns sehr freundlich und zeigte und erklärte uns, was wir zu beachten hatten. Francesco - ihr Mann - verwöhnte uns während unsres Aufenthalts sogar einmal mit Grappa. Die Wohnung ist einfach ausgestattet und man kann Sie an jeden weiterempfehlen, der keinen zu großen Wert auf luxuriösen Komfort legt. Man fühlt sich familiär untergebracht und hat Ansprechpartner direkt vor Ort, die bei Problemen helfen können (aber nur italienisch sprechend). Als Pflanzenliebhaberin gefiel mir besonders der Garten und die vielen Rabatten mit blühenden Pflanzen rund um's Haus. Das Meer ist auch nicht weit und man kann es jeden Morgen schnell besuchen und hat einen wunderbaren Blick in die Bucht und auf Castelsardo. Der Weg hinab zum Meer ist allerdings etwas halsbrecherisch und an dieser Stelle zum Baden nicht gut geeignet. Aber schöne Strände sind nicht weit weg. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit auf Sardinien und kommen gern wieder. Monika und Klaus (59 und 58 Jahre alt)

Une semaine inoubliable en Sardaigne

Résidant en Corse, nous sommes restés une semaine dans cette location que nous avons beaucoup appréciée : - accueil très chaleureux - propriétaires sympathiques et plein de bons conseils - appartement très bien situé, d'une propreté exemplaire dans un petit village qui a beaucoup de charme. - Grand jardin méditerranéen, bien équipé ( table, transats, fauteuils ,jeux pour enfants... etc.) - très bonne literie - d'un rapport qualité-prix très correct - nous avons beaucoup apprécié également le restaurant " La Ciaccia situé à 400 m à peine de la location. Pour toutes ces raisons, je recommande vivement cette location qui peut convenir aussi bien à un couple avec ou sans enfants.

boungaville - ein perfekter Urlaub

Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung boungaville in La Caccia. La Ciaccia ist ein kleiner ruhiger Ort an der Nordküste von Sardienien. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber, einfach und gut eingerichtet mit Platz genug für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (7J, 9J). Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und mit vorbildlicher Kommunikation. So konnten wir einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub auf der wunderschönen Insel verbringen.

Location curata, fresca, spazio esterno grazioso

Lo spazio esterno del giardino e' incantevole, sotto la grande bouganville abbiamo goduto serate riposanti col mare a poca distanza. Un mare spettacolare e comodamente raggiungibile. L'appartamento e' curato nei dettagli, fresco, confortevole. L'accoglienza e l'ospitalita' dei proprietari e' stata la nota in piu' di una bella vacanza in serenita' e pace.

Sardegna che bella terra

Sardegna, che bella terra. Nella prima settimana di agosto 2016 siamo stati in vacanza alla Ciaccia; vorrei spendere alcune parole per dire un grande grazie per questa gentile famiglia che ci ha dato l'opportunità di una splendida e confortevole vacanza in un appartamento accogliente, arredato con mobilio nuovo come nell'annuncio, bello, pulito, con un giardino curato e pensato anche per il divertimento dei più piccoli. Parcheggio all'interno della struttura chiuso da un cancello privato. Sono compresi : lavatrice, asciugacapelli, piatti, pentole, bicchieri, ventilatore, ferro e asse da stiro etc .. e tutto cio che serve per trascorrere una vacanza all'insegna della tranquillità come essere a casa propria. La casa è "super funzionale" .. non è venuto a mancare nulla, e quelle poche volte che abbiamo avuto bisogno di consigli sono sempre stati gentili e disponibili. Supermercato e ristorante sono tutti nelle vicinanze come la spiaggia del paese....sicuramente è una vacanza da consigliare . Grazie ancora per il soggiorno. A presto. Famiglia Toller

Traumurlaub in wunderschöner Umgebung

Wir (d.h. mein mann und ich) haben einen 3-wöchigen Urlaub im diesem Feriendomizil verbracht. Alle Angaben im Angebot waren korrekt und die Ausstattung entsprach voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Es handelte sich um ein Appartment mit einem Schlafzimmer und Wohnküche (mit Schlafsofa bei Bedarf - ganz neu!) und kleinem Badezimmer. Als wir ankamen waren wir sehr begeistert, dass alles tip top sauber war und auch nicht abgewohnt. Die Eltern des Vermieters haben uns sehr nett betreut und gute Tipps gegeben. Wir waren schon zum dritten Mal in diesem Ort (in anderen Unterkünften), weil man alles zu Fuß erledigen kann. Nur zum Strand sind wir mit dem Auto gefahren, weil wir sehr wählerisch bei der Auswahl des Strandes sind. Wir denken schon wieder daran, nächstes Jahr wieder zu kommen und dann sehr gerne wieder bei diesem Vermieter. Es war ein toller Urlaub.
