Toller Urlaub mit kleinen Abzügen

+ großer Kühlschrank/Eisfach
+ tolle Waschmaschine + Leine und Ständer, Klammern
+ sehr nette Vermieter!! (Wohnen oben mit im Haus, sind aber nicht aufdringlich)
+ Feigenbaum vor der Terrasse, mhhh :)
Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich 3 Wohnungen, allerdings bekommt man von den anderen nichts mit, da jeder seine eigene Terrasse hat.
Sehr angenehme und ruhige Lage!! Supermarkt, Bäcker, Bar, Restaurant, Eisdiele etc fußläufig erreichbar.
- leider sehr hellhörig! (wir waren mit Baby da, andere Schlafenszeiten als die Italiener :)
- sehr wenig Küchenausstattung (Teller, Schalen, Becher, Löffel, etc)
- kein vernünftiger Wischer, Staubsauger oä
(Wir waren mit Krabbel Baby da, man läuft im Sommer ja ständig rein und raus. Bei 3 Wochen Aufenthalt und Baby sammelt sich da einiges an)
- geringer Wasserdruck und nur wenig Warmwasser beim duschen
- Tolle Regendusche die aber leider nicht funktionierte
- keine Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad (kleiner Badschrank wäre toll)
- Licht im Kühlschrank defekt
- schwenkbare Fensterläden defekt (außer im Bad)
- Matratze dünn und verlegen
Der direkte „Strand“ ca 300m ist eine Steilküste, diese muss man runtersteigen um ans Wasser zu gelangen. Dort ist aber kein Strand vorhanden. Wasser sehr schön!
Es sind auch diverse andere tolle Strände per Auto (kurze Strecke) erreichbar. Parken meist gegen Gebühren (ab 15.9 kostenlos).
Im September sind die Strände angenehm leer und es gibt sehr viele schöne Abschnitte die nicht mit Liegen gepflastert sind :)

Genuss pur!
Ein Ort zum Verlieben. Schon im Vorfeld hatte ich aufgrund des intensiven Austausches mit dem Vermieter ein gutes Gefühl. Mails wurden ausführlich, schnell und sympathisch beantwortet. Der Empfang in La Ciaccia war herzlich, wir fühlten uns gleich wohl. Das Appartement ist neu renoviert, zweckmäßig eingerichtet, mit allen wichtigen Utensilien und dabei sehr italienisch. Unsere Terrasse war sehr privat, umringt von Oleandern, Feigenbäumen, Kakteen usw.. Von den anderen Gästen bekommt man kaum etwas mit, da jede Partei eine andere Hauseigentümer bewohnt. Eine Bäckerei, ein Supermarkt, Apotheke, mehrere Restaurants und Bars sind in dem kleinen Ort bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen, ebenso der sehr naturbelassene Sandstrand. Der Ort ist keine typische Touristenhochburg, was wir als ausgesprochen angenehm empfanden. Auch viele Italiener machen hier Urlaub, was den mediterranen Flair nur noch unterstreicht. Wer also einen ruhigen Urlaub in typischer Atmosphäre verleben möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Unternehmungslustige benötigen jedoch einen Leihwagen, auch der Weg zu den teils versteckt liegenden anderen Stränden ist ohne Auto schlecht möglich. Obwohl man auch mit Sardegna Bus einen Großteil der Insel erkunden kann. Wir haben schöne Wochen bei Francesco und Joe verbracht. Alles tutto bene!!

Ruhige Lage in einen kleinem Ort
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr sauberes gemütlich eingerichtetes Appartement mit allen Dingen die man braucht.
Toller Ausgangspunkt zum Erkunden der Insel. Tolle kilometerlange Strände in der Nähe.

Très bel endroit pour passer des vacances agréables, situé non loin des commerces et de belle plages tel que San Piétro. bon accueil des parents du propriétaire.

Wir sind nun schon zum zweiten Mal hier und es werden noch mehrere Male folgen.
Die Wohnung war tiptop sauber und jede Fewo hat ihren kleinen privaten Außenbereich.
Sie ist mit Liebe eingerichtet und mit allen Nötigen ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und fürsorglich, dass man es kaum glauben kann, dass es so liebe Menschen gibt.
Man kann sie nur mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen!
Der Ort La Ciaccia ist klein und noch von den großen Touristenmassen unberührt! Die Lage ist optimal um Städte, wie Sassari,Santa Teresa, Alghero... zu besuchen.
Zum Schluss noch einen Geheimtipp für alle Pizzaliebhaber ,*CROSS COUNTRY*in der Nachbarortschaft Sedini( ca.10 km entfernt).

Super vacances
Nous avons séjourné chez Gian Luca dans l'appartement Hibiscus.
L'appartement est conforme à la description de l'annonce: très bien équipé, très spacieux et surtout d'une propreté exemplaire!
L'accueil fut très chaleureux de la part des parents de Gian Luca: ils sont également disponible pour répondre à nos questions et aussi en cas de problème. Après un violent orage nous avons eu un petit souci avec l'électricité et après avoir contacté Gian Luca, le problème fut résolu en moins de 15 minutes, service vraiment au top!
L'extérieur aussi très propre et confortable. Le village est accessible en quelques minutes de marche: restaurant, épicerie, boulangerie, plage...
Nous serons de retour chez Gian Luca lors de notre prochain voyage en Sardaigne, vous pouvez louer ces appartements les yeux fermés, c'est un excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Fin lägenhet i lugnt område med trevliga människor
Vi kan bara hålla med andra recensenter om att man har alla möjligheter att ha en skön semester här. Lägenheten var exemplariskt ren och välkomnande när vi kom och värdfamiljen fick oss att känna oss hemma. De var lyhörda för önskemål och måna om att vi skulle trivas. De tre lägenheterna ligger med ingång på varsin sida så man stör inte varandra, men kan naturligtvis ha trevligt sällskap av varandra om man så önskar. Det är också trevligt att sitta i trädgården och njuta av alla växter och blommor. Området är lugnt och går man gatan ner har man en fin utsikt över havet och kusten och ända till Korsika.
We agree with what other people have already said. You really get a chance to enjoy a great holiday here. The apartment was really clean and welcoming and the landlords made us feel at home. They made sure that we had a nice stay and we appreciate the possibility to communicate directly with them, both before the arrival and during our stay.
There are three apartments to rent but with entrances on different sides of the house so you don't disturb each other but may of course enjoy the company if you'd like. It is nice to sit in the garden and enjoy the flowers. The area is calm and quite and at the end of the road you have a magnificant view of the sea all the way to Corsica.
