This is a semi-detached house located in the pine forest of S. Pietro a Mare in the municipality of Valledoria. Just 200 meters from a long beach of fine sand with crystal clear sea and 1.5 km from the center of the village of Valledoria. Inside the pine forest you can find tranquility and a pleasant temperature even in the most sultry weeks. The accommodation consists of a living room with kitchen area and sofa bed, two bedrooms with two double beds (one on the ground floor and the other in the loft area), two bathrooms, one with shower, porch where possible to dine and 60m2 garden for relaxing moments. Independent entrance and uncovered private parking
 Included services available to guests: Air conditioning (with heat pump), television, dishwasher, electric oven, washing machine, iron with ironing board, kettle, clothesline, sheets and towels, cleaning and reception.
For families with newborns we provide the cradle complete with mattress.

Tolle klimatisierte Unterkunft, fast alles vorhanden (Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, usw.) leider keine Leintücher und Bettwäsche - war jedoch bekannt. Schöne ruhige Gegend, 5 min zu Fuß zum Strand. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeit in Valledoria
