Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort
Where to start, the place was pitifully dirty, it looks like it had not been cleaned in months, there was no soap, dishwashing, or any cleaning soap to be found anywhere, the dishes were dirty and the countertops were gummy, floors filthy, no kitchen towels, and all the bathroom towels were also dirty. the three bedroom linen were also not washed, with stains and hair in the beds. To top it off, the little coffee machine had the previous users coffee and filter still in it, dried up with mildew. The owner was a young man obviously with no concept of how to provide the basic services required. Total ripoff!!!
