Fantastic host

Daniel was an excellent host during our whole time there and nothing was too much trouble for him. Excellent location with easy access to all amenities and away from the main throng of the crowds. I would recommend this place

Nice vacation, Daniel is a friendly host who will be pleased to share his house with other guests. Private room with access to the garden and private bathroom, kitchen in common. The room is clean, and the position interesting.

Really nice stay!

We spent a week in the house and it was very pleasant. Exceptional cleanliness and comfort in the room and kitchen. The layout of the pool has been a plus for me and my daughter during the warmer days. Daniel is very nice and discreet. We really enjoyed being there. Fantastic stay!

Weekend a Vallauris/ Antibes

Weekend très court, en chambre chez l'habitant. Très bon accueil, simple et chaleureux. Notre hôte Daniel, nous a tout de suite mis en confiance. Très bonne literie, lieux calme et proche de la mer, mais il faut la voiture.

Ein besonderer Urlaub

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne, ruhige und erholsame Wochen in Vallauris verbracht! Der Vermieter, mit dem wir gemeinsam das schön eingerichtete Haus mit Terrasse und den riesigen Garten mit Pool genutzt haben, ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein Schlafzimmer mit Zugang zu einer extra Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer sowie Dusche/WC für uns. Bettwäsche und Dusch- und Handtücher wurden zur Verfügung gestellt. Die voll eingerichtete Küche (mit Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Gasherd, Backofen, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank und sämtlichen Haushaltsgegenständen), die Waschmaschine und sonstige Ausstattung des Vermieters durften wir jederzeit nutzen. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war, das nur ein Ventilator und keine eigene Klimaanlage in unserem Schlafraum vorhanden war und wir die Tür zum gut klimatisierten Wohnhaus öffnen mussten um unser Zimmer vor dem Schlafengehen zu kühlen. Es war für uns ein interessantes Experiment unseren Urlaub in einer Art Wohngemeinschaft zu verbringen aber wir haben durchweg positive Erfahrungen gemacht und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Zum Strand läuft man eine gute Viertelstunde. Verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Der Urlaubsort ist günstig gelegen um Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Mit Bus und Bahn, dem Auto oder ab dem Hafen von Golfe Juan mit der Fähre kann man z.B. auf die Îles de Lérins, Monaco, Nizza, Antibes, Cannes, St. Tropez, Grasse etc. Vielen Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft und beste Grüße aus dem Frankenland :)

Land und Leute hautnah erleben

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und teilen daher sehr gerne unsere Erfahrungen. Der Vermieter des Objektes wohnt im selben Objekt, sodass man bis auf den eigenen Schlafraum u ein eigenes Bad alles ähnlich einer Wohngemeinschaft mitbenutzen kann u vom Vermieter auch herzlich dazu eingeladen wird. Daher fällt sehr viel ferienwohnungstypisches Gepäck weg, sofern man das weiss. Der Vermieter ist überaus freundlich und bemüht sich in den täglichen Kontaktüberschneidungen stets sehr darum, auch eventuelle Insidertips seinen Gästen zu geben. Der Vermieter hat durch seine überaus gesellige, freundliche Art den Urlaub zu einem Erlebnis werden lassen.
