Outstanding location!
Walking distance to everything! Right in Ciutat Vella, large appartment. Although all single beds, the beds were very comfortable.
The link for the 2nd payment wouldn't work, so we had to go by their office to pay. It went well, but was an inconvenience.
That being said, we would absolutely rent again!

Fantastic Apartment in a Terrific Location
We loved our stay in Valencia. The apartment was terrific and the coordination of meeting the management company when we arrived was flawless. Would definitely recommend staying with Singular Stays.

Valencia, nur Lage gut.
Positiv: Kurze Wege zu Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Negativ:
1. Nur zwei Zimmer mit ausreichendem Tageslicht. Rest mit sehr kleinen Fenstern zu engen Hinterhöfen. Dunkelste Ferienwohnung, die wir jemals hatten.
2. Wohnung abgewohnt (z.B. Schranktüren in der Küche defekt, Kaffeemaschine nicht funktionstüchtig, Schiebetür blockiert, Fliesen locker, Spiegel teilweise blind, Tische aufgequollen und verkratzt, Sofa fleckig)
3. Duschen indiskutabel: Fugen und Fliesen schimmelig und schwarz, Schiebetüren verschimmelt, dreckig und undicht.
4. Schlafräume direkt am Treppenhaus und dadurch sehr laut. Unangenehme Badezimmer- und Laufgeräusche aus der oberen Wohnung.

El piso es céntrico y limpio. Muy cómodo y con detalles como azúcar o infusiones para un primer desayuno. La persona que nos atendió fue muy amable dándonos explicaciones sobre dónde ir en la ciudad.
