Decorated with authentic wooden beams and large windows overlooking the city, it has a cozy terrace that you can enjoy all year round. With a fully equipped kitchen that leads to the spacious living room of the house, with another space for relaxation on the second floor of the house.

This incredible apartment is located a few meters from the fascinating Botanical Garden of Valencia, an indispensable stop for nature lovers. Beneath its cloak of vegetation, we can travel to each of the continents, imagining exotic or far-off places, or seeing close-up the plants that inhabit our Mediterranean countryside, all of which serve to remind us to the great biodiversity housed on our planet.

In addition, at the foot of the Botanical Garden are the Jardines del Turia, the old river bed with more than 9km in length. It is considered the lungs of the city, as it constitutes a true green space that runs the city from east to west, from the City of Arts and Sciences to Bioparc. Also, the historic centre of the city is located 10 minutes’ walk away from this property.

It was fine for a few days

From the beginning, it was difficult to get ahold of Singular Stays to determine how to pay. We received conflicting information on how to pay from different emails. We almost cancelled because we weren’t sure we even had a reservation. The problem with canceling is that most other Valencia properties are also run by Singular Stays. The floor and counter were dirty when we arrived. The unit is not as bright and airy as it is in the pictures. The area was quiet except that the front door rattled against the frame whenever the main entry door was opened. That became loud at night. The sliding door on the second floor had no locking mechanism, and could easily have been accessed at any time by the neighbors in the unit next door. That felt unsafe for both for person and property. The bed was comfortable and the shower water pressure was good.

Totally forgettable

This apartment was clean and the location was good. That's about all I could say about it. I am positive that the fact that it's located on the fourth floor of steep stairs without an elevator was omitted from the description. When I voiced my concern to a property manager, she offered to relocate us for extra money to the location further away from the city center.

Great Location!

Fantastic location - one block from the Botanical Gardens. Walk to historical sites, restaurants, the metro, and more. Easy check-in/out process. Walls are thin so you can hear neighbors, but perfect for a short stay. Rooftop patio with a great view!

Lage zentral und ruhig, Ausstattung mit Mängeln

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ruhig. Die Dachterrasse ist genial. Parken ist schwierig-das nächste Parkhaus ist 12 min fussläufig entfernt. Die Wohnungseinrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sieht optisch gut aus, weisst jedoch Mängel auf. Das Bad ist sehr einfach und nach unserem Empfinden etwas schmuddelig. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung Okay jedoch für das was sie bietet zu teuer.

tolle Unterkunft inmitten der Stadt

Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Innenstadt und wir konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen. Das war wunderbar. Die Wohnung ist sauber und genau wie beschrieben. Die kleine Terrasse ist wirklich nett! Es wäre schön, wenn zum Kochen ein paar Gewürze/Salz/Zucker stehen bleiben würden.
