Located next to the Serrano Towers, and alongside Turia Park where walking through Valencia will be a true pleasure and finding a variety of restaurants, cafés with originality, bars, the magnificent Central Market, the Cathedral, the Plaza of the Virgin, among many others that will be part of its surroundings.
Not very far at all from the impressive and futuristic city of Arts and Sciences and the beaches of Valencia. You can take public transportation or a taxi.
The apartment has 2 terraces inside the home, completely private and perfect for use and enjoyment. It features 2 double bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, wardrobe, a 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds of 90cm and a wardrobe. A full bathroom with a very practical and comfortable shower tray.
In the living room, there is a sofa bed perfect for accommodating one more person, with a maximum capacity of 5 people, smart flat-screen TV, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with all basic elements, a Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, water kettle, oven, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.
The apartment has a good WIFI connection to work remotely and heating radiators for cold days, as well as air conditioning in the living room and dining area and fans for the bedrooms.

Rules for a Pleasant Stay:
Welcome to our cozy accommodation! We want to make sure you enjoy your stay to the fullest. To ensure a harmonious and safe environment, we ask you to follow these simple but important rules:
Check In and Identification:
- Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM; the Late Check-In service has an additional cost after that time.
- Additional costs:
10:00 PM - 12:00 AM (20€)
Later than 00:00 (40€)
- Important Note: Please do not forget to send us your email to send you the traveler's form. You must do this before your arrival. To be able to enter the accommodation, it is mandatory to fill out the traveler's form for all guests.
Silence and Rest:
- Avoid parties and loud noises to respect neighbors' rest.
- Do not ring foreign doorbells and respect rest hours between 10 pm and 8 am.
Common Areas:
- Smoking and drinking are not allowed in shared areas.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
Energy Efficiency:
- Turn off the air conditioning or heating when leaving.
Please be mindful of energy consumption.
Apartment Care:
- Take care of the apartment and its belongings.
- Do not park bicycles in the building's entrance hall.
Coexistence Rules:
- Do not overload the elevator (in case your accommodation has an elevator) and respect the authorized number of people limit.
- Keep common areas clean.
Restrictions:
- No group or youth reservations under 25 years old are accepted without a representative.
- No pets allowed.
Check-Out:
- The check-out is scheduled for 10:00 am.
- If you need to leave after 10:00 am, let us know to verify availability.
- The Late Check-out after 12:00 pm involves an associated cost, as it is considered an additional service. We are happy to provide you with more details about this option if necessary.
Additional Services:
- Request crib or high chair in advance (extra cost of 20€, subject to availability).
Our hours of service are from 09:30 am to 20:00 through Airbnb chat. We can attend to emergencies outside of these hours.
Prolonged Stays:
For stays longer than 1 month, basic services are covered up to 100€; any excess is the responsibility of the guest.
