The property was lovely. Well equipped and spotless. The communications was terrible. the check in wasn't at the building but in another place completely - none of this was communicated. I specifically booked this hotel because the website said it was pet friendly. When we finally found the place where we had to pick up the keys they said that pets were not allowed. It was late, and the eve of a bank holiday, we had no where else to go. they did offer a refund but that would not have been much help. In the end they let us stay - not surprising really as not our fault. I ask that their entry be amended immediately.

Great space for the family

The apartment was perfect for our family stay with two separate sitting areas and an outside balcony sitting area. It had two bathrooms and a small dining area. Check in is at a building several streets away with many of the streets in the area being one-way.

A perfect place in the middle of everything :)

This place is perfect for spending time in Valencia. It’s well-located and close to the main attractions. We loved the neighborhood and all the restaurants and bars. I would definitely recommend it. We got a great deal and were pleasantly surprised by how spacious and nice it was inside. Check-in was easy and seamless. Very nice people.

Amazing stay , the suites were perfect for what we needed , some noisy guests unfortunately but that is not the apartments fault. Would definitely stay again. The text service is brilliant too, really helpful.

We liked the property, especially the location. However, we didn’t stay in the one that we thought we reserved according to the pics. We didn’t see any pictures of the one we actually stayed in. It was nice, just not the one we were expecting. The main front desk was very helpful in answering questions, even through emails during our stay. They replied promptly and were helpful.

The price was great for the quality of the room. The flat was extremely clean and well worth it. The only inconvenience is the reception is 4-6 blocks away from the flat. For someone who doesn't have a map or cell phone coverage, that was hard to find. Overall great place and worth the money

Bad area of town. Graffiti and young people hanging around the neighborhood corners. No reception area for hotel- we had to walk around to get to apartment. Apartments Has No Privacy, Noisy NeighborHood. Dirty apartment and the manager asks for us to wash the dishes...
