Excellent modern hotel with updated rooms. Although outside city centre, metro line was just a 5 minute walk, which took you to the main attractions in 15 to 20 minutes. Didn’t use any of the facilities in the hotel as we were out until late night, but for what we paid, it was good value for a first class hotel, with good location and transport connections. Would recommend to anyone going for a short city break in Valencia

We had rooms that had access to The Level. The Level lounge and staff were absolutely worth it. The hotel breakfast was also excellent so recommend booking it with breakfast, you won't be disappointed. Took one star off for amenities because the pool pictures are misleading. The reality is it is pretty small for a hotel of this size and was completely swamped with people because the pool and pool area are so small. Wasn't a deal breaker for us and the rest of the hotel and the wonderful staff more than made up for this
