Booked a 4 night stay. Hotel right on the beach. Great decor, welcoming friendly staff. Great travel links to the city centre. Hotel room great - we had a sea view. Huge shower and great toiletries provided. Bed super - huge and comfy. TV was great British channels - nice touch when you return from the evening out. Breakfast was varied and very nice. The solarium on the roof was great for relaxing after a long day with a Jacuzzi. Nice peaceful area. Staff were always helpful and polite. Overall this was a great stay and would return for location and service. I couldn't fault anything.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night. We liked the hotel, the room was beautiful! We were out sight seeing most of the day but we did have dinner in the restaurant/bar area which looks at the boardwalk and beach. We ordered the Seafood Paella which was delicious!! We unfortunately didn't get to take advantage of the rooftop terrace but we checked it out in the morning before we departed and I would recommend other guests spend time up there! Great price as well

The hotel is in a great location. Not fancy but clean and nice. We have a room with a view of the sea. We had nice places to walk and to eat! The hotel met our criteria for staying in Spain. Parking was close as well.

Have been there few times Good location in front of the beach Rooms are spacious and well equipped. But sometimes smelly Go for the sea view. And try to avoid the ones facing the patio (elevators) Good buffet for breakfast. Good menu for lunch (but do not go for the burgers !!)

What a lovely hotel. Reception staff were very helpful and attentive (thank you Veronica), and restaurant staff excellent. Carlos and Juan looked after us with first class service. After telling Carlos our names on day 1, he remembered them every day until we left - what a good ambassador for the hotel. His knowledge and assistance with food and drinks was exemplary, and he always had a smile and easy chat for everyone. We stayed in room 402 which is a suite on the top floor. The room was spotless, and very comfortable. The only negative for me was that the bed was rather hard, I prefer a softer mattress, but I could live with that minor irritation! There was loads of wardrobe and drawer space and lots of hangers. TVs had an option for English channels (BBC 1 - 4 I think and CBBs) if you like a bit of telly! The other thing to note - there is only a coffee machine in the room, not a kettle. You can though run hot water out of the side spout if you are big tea drinkers like us (take your own tea bags obviously!)! The bathroom was exceptionally clean and well laid out. Fortunately the sun was out for most of our stay so we managed to make good use of the Jacuzzi on the balcony! I have read previous comments about the staff not understanding English - 2 things, 1 - everyone we met spoke exceptional English. 2 - you're in a foreign country so the onus surely is on you to speak their language! Overall a very good hotel. For anyone going into town each day (Plaza del Ayuntamienta) - walk up the road past the police station (2 mins), and get the no. 19 bus (every 20 mins) - 1.50 euros compared to 15 euros on a taxi! Also, if you buy a city bus tour ticket, the blue line no. 7 stop is just to the left the hotel. Be careful buying these tickets though - look at all the options first as you can save a lot of money buying combination tickets which get you into the sights at a much cheaper rate.

Great option for those coming to Valencia for a weekend getaway. and looking for an inexpensive stay option. Hotel offers easy access to the beach as it is right on Playa Malvarrosa. Access to city is good by bus and metro. It is a mid-range hotel. Amenities on offer are par for tariff. I think they should better their service level. Almost all staff appear demotivated!

Stayed here in October, great location right next to the beach. Hotel is nice, bathroom shows some "wear" though and could be better. Staff was not very friendly in the beginning, but lightened up during our stay. Maybe tired from a long tourist-season? Still, should not be. Easy access to the metro line which brings you to the city. Price-wise it was good value for the money.

Nice location, on the sea and full of restaurant all around. Not easy to find parking after 8 pm but there is a big parking space nearby. This location is not served by the metro but there is a taxi station few steps from the hotel. The rooms are clean and with comfortable bed.

After 3 night stay in the city moved over to this hotel for 4 nights for some R & R after hectic few days, Great location, Right on the beach front. Be warned, we left on the 10th October and they were taking all the sunbeds off the beach, so don't expect any comfy sunbathing much later in the month!! That is on the beach! Head up to the roof terrace of the Neptuno and you wont be disappointed. Sun beds and hot tub! Bliss, was quite windy one day we were there but got down behind the wall, great sheltered spot, Great views form up there too. Found the hotel very clean and safe, staff very helpful and friendly, breakfast was quite basic, no cakes like in City centre hotel, although probably a good thing with the expanding waistline!! But enough to start the day on. Our main disappointment was the restaurants in this area, after going to several in the city centre which were really good, felt this area was lacking a bit in this area. Must get a sea view room!

Stayed here couple of years ago and liked it very much. Much improved and liking it as much. Great beach views lovely comfortable bed and nice room. Nice breakfast and great food. Great transport at hand taxis buses metro. Lots of other wonderful restaurants around.
