Last week we have organized a convention here. It has been a while last time I have seen such a friendly, service oriented staff. Thanks to Monica and her team this has been very successfull. Location is super as well.

I stayed here recently whilst looking for a house in Valencia. I'd booked 7 nights on a fixed price (no refund basis) but my connecting flight was delayed so I missed the 1st night. I called and spoke to a very friendly young lady who took the details and said that ehe'd hold the room for me. On arrival the next day I had to call whilst parked outside the hotel to figure out where the parking was - I'd just driven past it, so no biggie, but again the young lady I spoke to (same one) was very helpful. Parking is in a private underground section of a public car park, and spaces were plentiful. The same young lady checked me in which was a pain free & efficient process. Turns out that because of my booking type, the parking was free. The room was clean and cleaned every day and had 2 small bottles of water and some sweets to welcome me. The bathroom was good, shower good, towels good, wifi good (and free). I was on the 12th floor so my views were pretty impressive over the city towards the sea. The bed was a bit flimsy but had a memory foam mattress so I slept like a log. Location wise - for me it was perfect. It meant that I could be out of the city within a couple of minutes and when I wanted to go to the centre, it was a walk away (albeit a good walk - 2km (approx)). Directly across from the hotel, on the other side of the empty building site theres a couple of supermarkets, both of which are pretty cheap and if you go to the Consum (the left most supermarket as you look at them from the hotel), next door theres a little cafe run by a couple of Chinese people. Food here is excellent and cooked to order (limited menu) but you have to have a few beers (€1.80 for a large san miguel) and a coffee (€1 for a cafe grande) to accompany their rice with tomato and egg (€3.50). Very friendly helpful people and good basic food. The only downside to the hotel experience was the breakfast - although its a good breakfast, the cereal selection wasn't great for me and the toaster machines are waaayyy too slow causing human traffic jams at busy times. Checking out was a doddle and I have to say, for the money I paid, I found it to be excellent value. I have no hesitation to stay here again.

My daughter and I stayed 4 nights while going to MotoGp. The hotel was great. Spotlessly clean. The bed was really comfortable even though it was basic. The towels were changed daily and there were complimentary toiletries. I can’t review the breakfast as we didn’t have it as we left early each day. The underground car park was very useful and was free although that could have been because there seemed to be a fault with the ticket machine. The subway station is just round the corner but we didn’t use it. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others visiting.

I spent three night in this hotel and I found it convenient, central and comfortable. Although the room does not contain additional creature comforts (kettle etc) they could be obtained from reception. The continental breakfast was adequate an suited my needs. Two factors that stood out for me was the helpfulness and the friendliness of the staff. The second item was it close primitivism to the Boniferri Metro Station. If arriving by airplane the hotel is a simple €5 trip with a single change from the airport.

First impressions very good. The staff are friendly and nice. We checked in an hour earlier and they had already got our room ready for us. The room was clean, comfortable beds. Only thing was the wardrobe was a quite small for two people. I let my son have the small wardrobe, whilst i kept my stuff in my travel bag. There is no fridge in the room, but room is cleaned daily. It has standard bathroom accessories , clean towels changed daily, very clean shower which is cleaned daily, I cannot fault them on cleanliness. Breakfast is standard continental, adequate and lovely. They had a good variety and well laid out. And yes, they even had Soya milk. The breakfast room was well presented and tables well laid out. No kettle in the room, but i did ask for one and was given one, because I explained I like having tea in my room. Hotel is also in a great location, residential, safe and clean location, less than 5 mins to Beniferri metro station. Easy to get to from the airport on the train, less than 30 mins to the airport. The reception staff and all other hotel staff are very pleasant, including the rooms staff , they are all polite and friendly. Very good hotel that does 3 star rating very well.! I definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The quality the room and the furnitures is very poor and the room is very short and the price is very expansive if you compare price and cost x benefits the good of hotel is the adress is near metro, financial center and supermarket

All services are excelent, Very good and complete breakfast, cleaning and sympathy of staff in general, whose are helpful. However the opening hours of the pool (eleven AM) should be earlier in my opinion.

Its was with my family for a week and found myself fine- The courteous and helpful staff, great cleanliness, convenient parking, sweet and savory breakfast very good, thanks to all staff we were very good !!!

This is a straight forward hotel. The building is new and from the top floor there is an amazing view over the city of Valencia and beyond. It is easy to get to by car. There is private parking in the basement (not free). The rooms are clean. Despite having a big breakfast service it is not possible to have a cup of tea during the day. One other minus was the fact that the reception could be very busy leaving guests waiting. After an eight day cycling trip we were happy to return to this hotel with it’s nice and helpful staff.

My daughter and I had the pleasure of staying in this dainty hotel for a week on bed and breakfast terms. Hotel staff very friendly. Hotel spotlessly clean. Room very comfortable with super shower in ensuite. Breakfast adequate. Location is fantastic for public transport. Great restaurants nearby and two fabulous large supermarkets. The only drawback was the totally inadequate pool which is the only pool for the 3 connecting hotels. Very few sunbeds and pool very very busy with children.
