Hotel ILUNION Aqua 3

The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the nearest Metro station, Maritim Serreria. It is housed next to the Ilunion Aqua 4 and a massive shopping centre which has some very nice restaurants and cafe places ( a must visit is the 100 Montaditos which translates as 100 dishes which are all 1 euro on Weds and Sundays). Plus the usual High Street shopping chains. The hotel itself was clean, nice looking with professional and friendly staff. The cleaning staff were spot on and very quick and through. We requested the highest floor (5th) for the best view and weren't disappointed as there are excellent views of the Oceanografic ( a giant aquarium complex) which is another must visit and the Science Museum which is architecturally a marvellous sight to see. Underneath the Science Museum is the Mya club which we were slightly excited about going to (and managed to get a sort of free pass through Xceed.com) which opens at 1am but we needed ID and as we had visited the Oceonografic that day, we couldn't be bothered to go and get it from the hotel so we left...next time though we will go. Outside the hotel is what we assume is a hotel bike station but we preferred to use the city's own bike hire system which is amazing but needs a hefty 150 euro refundable deposit. However, it was worth it.. there are bike stations all over the city and bike lanes almost everywhere - the first 30 minutes are free. We hardly used the Metro and trams (which are clean and top class). The beach was a 20 minute bike ride away... a wee bit far if you're looking to step out instantly onto the beach but that's not the hotels fault. Overall an excellent stay, with everything we needed.. the only thing missing was a dedicated travelator to the beach ;)

This is a good hotel for staying a few nights on holiday or for business purposes. The location is great for the City of Arts and Culture (10 min walk), and is 20 min by bus or 10 min by car to the beach. There's a big a shopping center next door with lots of restaurants, cafes, supermarket, a cinema and a lego workshop for family needs. There is a bike rental out front. The hotel staff is professional and helpful. The rooms are very clean but somewhat small, not for spending a lot of time in, they also do not have a minibar. Good wifi and discount on parking in shopping center. Breakfast coffee was bad. I will happily stay 2-3 days again.

A charming middle budget hotel situated directly across from the Turia Park and City of Arts and Sciences. It is located next to the Aqua Mall that has shops and restaurants for quick and convenient meals. Within a short walking distance are a variety of restaurants that shoukd satisfy most tastes and preferences The rooms are not overly large but are well laid out and modern. The bathroom is superb with a large tub/shower combo, hair dryer and very nice soaps and shampoos. If for some reason you are space conscious, needing lavish amounts of space other than for sleeping or lounging, you might consider a different hotel. However, if you only require a good standard of basic accommodation with full amenities this might be your hotel. Considering the location, style and condition of the facility the price is very good. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful and attentive to your needs. Several bus lines operate nearby giving full access to the beach and city center. We would definitely stay here again.

It is a great hotel for "transit" but not for staing long time. The room was small for 2adults and 2kids. No minibar. Far from the beach and sea. The breakfest was the same during 10days. No parking - the car park is 14€/day. Is near the "city of art and science " and on the top of a mall. For a vacantion with kids near the sea chose something else. For 1day bussines chose Ilunion.

Staff is kind and helpful. The room was nice, big enough, clean and comfortable. Location was very good for me. Free and fine wifi. The 30-day in advance booking is a great deal and the hotel itself does not disappoint. The only disappointment was breakfast. The food is fine, but the coffee is bad and the orange juice just awful. In a country like Spain, where the coffee is good, serving this coffee from a machine is not acceptable. Even worse, in a city like Valencia, in the middle of the orange growing region, serving undrinkable orange juice from a machine is unforgivable.

rooms extremely little & poor, bad position behind another hotel, very slow elevetor always full, no breakfast for an high level price room..sad..frontoffice staff kind but not very much expert.. no way to remain in the room for a long stay

We're a couple from London and stayed here for two nights on our first time to Valencia. We came here as part of a last minute package deal and this place exceeded our expectations. Now remember this is a budget hotel so don't expect great view from your room. There's no mini bar/fridge, no swimming pool, tea/coffee facilities or any English channels on TV. ...I know, real budget. But what you can expect is a real modern room, well designed and spotlessly clean. Sheets and towels were freshly replaced daily. Shower temp and pressure is very good. Air condition functioned well and was excellent so too was the hotel WiFi. Our double room saw plenty of daylight and offered more than enough room. All pictures shown are exactly as the hotel is. As for location this place was perfect for us. This hotel is 20mins from the airport, we booked a cab online with DirectTaxiValencia and cost us 21 euros even collected us from the arrivals hall. Now below the hotel lies a modern shopping complex with a cinema and known branded clothing stores. There is a bar one floor down which serve some great beers. There's a supermarket on the lower ground floor for your essentials and a handful of coffee shops and places to eat on the other floors including a McDonalds, Taco Bell and an Italian restaurant Tagliatella which we recommend you visit. We didn't do the hotel breakfast as it wasn't included plus it was a hefty 12 euros for what looked like a continental selection. One morning we went straight to the market in the center of the city to have breakfast there, again go try it, a brilliant experience. The city center is a 15min bus ride away on the 19 with the bus stop 3mins up the road. Take it outside the AC hotel, the receptionist will guide you. In the other direction on the same bus is the beach only a few stops away and defiantly worth a visit. The City of Arts and Sciences is a 5min walk away and a must visit if your staying, go for a lovely stroll and enjoy. Both receptionist Anca and Francisco were friendly and very helpful in assisting us with our stay. This is a nice place to visit and we recommend it. It is basic, but it really offers good value for money.

The ferry to Ibiza was broken and the ferry company booked me a room here to stay the night. The hotel itself is ok. Room is big enough and the bed is good. I stayed in the Illunion Aqua 4 before (which is next door) and liked this one better.

Great cheap hotel if you want to be close to the Cite des Artes. Not so good for Old Town as you will need a taxi or a hop on bus. The hotel was good. Staff were first class. Breakfast a bit under par but pastries were good. Room fine. Nothing special but absolutely ok for what wanted. Having no fridge meant we drank out. Attached to a super shopping Centre with loads of restaurants was a bonus a the Italian restaurant Taglatelle was super.

It was a wonderful hotel in a great location. The staff was very helpful, professional and friendly ( Especially Sofia the cleaner...thanks) . The hotel is located in a very nice place ..."ciudad arte y cine" Valencia ...
