Its not that bad, but i am definitely not satisfied. When i came to the room i had the feeling that is not completely clean (around the sink i could see the marks of glasses and water drops) and also the walls in my room were dirty. When i came to breakfest i was bothered by the dirty tables - they do not clean after guests who leave breakfast untill they see you have no place to sit. Also fitness is not working at all (except one cycle bike). The stuff is very nice. As i said not a really bad hotel, but definitely not 4 stars!!

Had a nice stay here with my boyfriend, we loved the pool on the roof top, the sauna, the room with a jazucci on 22nd floor and the absolutely amazing breakfast with everything from serrano, manchego cheese to cakes, fruit and churros. Go there!

This hotel seemed to have a 50/50 split of tourists and business people. Reception staff on the ground floor were very capable and helpful. Hotel rooms were on the upper floors - we were on 22nd floor, so had fantastic views over the city. Rooms are well equipped but a bit tired and bland, Safety deposit box in room was very good for passports, etc.Good gym and tiny swimming pool on the roof. We arrived fairly late and so decided to eat in the hotel restaurant. It was a huge room with only 2 other people dining. Very grim. Didn't need to repeat this exercise as there are a good range of modern restaurants and fast food joints around the corner on the main road about 100 metres from the hotel. Restaurants very popular with locals and tourists, so best to reserve a table in advance to avoid being turned away - lots of people were ! Underground Metro station is also just round the corner from hotel, easy to get into the city in about 15 mins. Return journey in central zone cost 3.49 Euros. Avoid rush hour or you will be squeezed in like sardines. In summary a bland hotel but good location and decent facilities. Valencia city is fantastic......

Very nice rooms, minibar, excellent choice and quality for breakfast, jacuzzi in room nice and swimming pool small but cosy and above all open till 23h!! No lunch possible and we didn't have dinner there because we were out late. Quite a few of eating places and supermarket nearby, very conveniently situated. We had a technical glitch in the first room but it was resolved very efficiently and to our satisfaction. Super efficient staff, both housekeeping and reception! They found our daughter's toy tiger and identified it was ours before we even realised it was lost. We would come again to this hotel.

It was a short, but pleasent stay. Big room, great breackfast and very friendly staff. The pool from last floor is amayzing. We've enjoyed the stay and we felt like home :). For travel is located clase to a metro station

I had pleasant time during my stay at the Eurostars at the end of August 2017. I had a comfortable double bed and hydromassage in the bathroom. The bar on the rooftop is close to the pool and the city view is amazing. Breakfast could be a bit richer and variegated. Sauna and gym machines were out of order. I paid half price thanks to a promotion so the price was honest compared to what I got.

I have stayed at Eurostars gran valencia hotel 5 nights (9-13 May 2017) with my caleagues for a business trip.Euro stars gran valencia is a convenient hotel located fairly far from the city centre(3 km. to the city centre) ,near the Valencia congress centre, so is good for business aims! Despite the location of hotel, staying in the Euro stars hotel, made me a memorable journey to the Valencia, so I,ll share positive points of hotel with you:1-the floors of hotel were 14 til 23!! so by default you should stay in the 14th floor and above! thus you will have a nice veiw of city in the room 2-Just close to Valencia congress centre(800m distant),so you can easily go to VCC every day( 10minutes walking)3- near to the Metro station( 3 minutes walking) so you can easily go to all monuments, historical sights, and shopping centres of Valencia 4-free wireless internet in all of rooms and lobby with normal speed is available. 5-good breakfast, with all you need to eat and drink in the morning, especially fresh fruits and juices, many types of bread and cheeses, coffee, and etc. 6-clean rooms with a LCD tv, some channels from all of the world were available 6-helpful staff with smiling faces, thanks all of them 7-good and equipped gym and pool in the roof of hotel, with a fantastic view 8-good safety box in room 9-many good restaurants and supermarkets were close the hotel ,you can buy all you need everyday 10-facilities for making coffee and tea were available in the room, and finally negatives are: fairly far from city centre and the room was a little tiny,Overall, due to the above positive points,I reccomend this hotel for business trips!

I stayed here for a few days. It's near the metro station, a supermarket and there are also lots of restaurants near the hotel. The staff were very friendly. The room was fantastic, there was an extra door between the hall and the bedroom, so you wouldn't hear anything from the outside/other gast. I bed was good, I slept very well and I even had a jacuzzi bubble bad!! The swimming pool on the rooftop was great, and the view was also fantastic! The wifi worked very well. The were enough choices for the breakfast. Actually don't know any bad things to say. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights while on a business trip and even though it was a random pick, it did not disappoint. Reasonably priced, quite area, 5* hotel breakfast and all the rooms are on higher floors which gives you the peace and quite you need after a day full of meetings. Small pool on the rooftop too. Don't think I would choose it for vacation though as it is quite far from the city center and the to-do and to-see things.

ok room with shower in the bath, bit dangerous for an older person,I'm 55 and felt some trouble stepping in. nice beds, poolbar on roof with great view, limited space. small gym but jogging outside is more fun anyway. reception speaks english well and is friendly and helpfull. use metro to centre, very convenient. bus to the beach works great and also tram is easy to use. be aware of pickpockers, its an awfull specy.
