This hotel is located within walking distance from most sights in the city. It looks like it's been renovated recently and interior is all neat and clean. The breakfast has a good selection of fruit, juices and pastries. There is also a gym and indoor pool. Staff are pleasant and friendly
The room I had was small and as a single traveller I have got used to this over the years, the pictures on the website show some very nice rooms the one I had was small but okay. The bathroom was a little tired and in need of an upgrade. That said it did a very good job for me, the staff were very helpful and it is in a good location.
Nice hotel with big comfortable beds. Good breakfast although got quite busy at times. Decent location, 20 min walk into the old town and 30 mins walk to the beach, also quite near to the Mestalla which was in an area with some decent bars and restaurants. Thought it maybe quite noisy being next to a busy road, but turned out to be ok. We hired bikes from the hotel which were a way good to get around see more of the city. Friendly helpful staff who even gave me cake on my birthday! Good price, would recommend.
Just returned from staying 4 nights. Its an average hotel as rooms are very small, our room was at ground level and view from the window , was looking into a wall !! There was free wi fi at the hotel, but no coverage in our room , asked reception for help with this and they would check up on this , but after 4 days they did not, so we ended up like so many other guest hanging out close to receprion to get wi fi connection, stayed here for a week with my husband and 2 adult sons. The breakfast room is very small and was very busy at times and the poor staff member (there was mostly only one on duty) was running around doing her best to get everything working , but seems like mission impossible !!
I stayed here for a week with my husband and 2 adult sons. Our rooms were lovely and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast room was very busy at times and the poor staff member (there was mostly only one on duty) was run off their feet trying to replenish the food and crockery, re-set the tables and sort out the coffee machine which I think maybe had seen better days. For me the one thing missing was not having tea/coffee making facilities in the room, but apart from that we had a lovely stay.
A great hotel in a location where you are no more than 30 minutes walk away from the beach, Valencia City and the park is approximately 10 minutes. Staff are all friendly and welcoming and buffet breakfast caters for everyone. Rooms have air conditioning along with mini fridge to put drinks etc in. Fresh towels everyday and bed linen changed 3 times during my 1 weeks stay. Would definitely recommend!
We only stayed one night and wanted a hotel reasonably close to the main attractions. This hotel is ideally placed for the main centre and also only a short walk (10 mins) to Mestalla (Valncia football club) and about a 20 minute walk to the marina and beach. We found the staff very friendly and helpful, room was clean and adequate, breakfast was good, they have their own small car park which is a good plus too at only 13 euros for 24 hours. Having said that if we went again we would probably not drive in Valencia as my blood pressure has not come down yet!! Parking is free on the main road but we never actually saw a space at any time of the day.
We took are our grandson who is 15 with us and he shared a family room. The rooms were clean, comfortable and qjuiet. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was situated in the best possible place between the town and the beach.
This hotel is a good 3-star option. It's on the other side of the bridge which is 20-30 mins walking distance to central Valencia. There's a bus stop across the road which is very easy and cheap to catch that will take you to Plaza De La Reina, and also to the beach which in my opinion is the highlight of Valencia. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a good price at only EUR7.50 pp/pd, but for a reason... the breakfast wasn't very good at all in my opinion. I would've preferred to go for a walk somewhere to find my own. The room was spacious as well which is not usual in Europe The pool area was weird. It was indoor and the room smelt ridiculously strong of chlorine. To swim we had to wear a swimming cap, which i found strange
Clean, friendly staff, free parking outside and family rooms with free wi fi. Great location for us as 5 min walk from the open bus route. Recommend for families and city travellers. We used as a base as we spent 16 hours in this fantastic city. If you are doing the same great hotel.
