Our flight was delayed for 3 hours so we came to the hotel around 2AM. The receptionist just took fast passport copy and take us to the room - very appreciated when we felt so tired! All the staff was amazing, helpful, smiling. Rooms and common spaces are simple, modern, basic colors, probably not everyone taste, but we love it. Of course, everything was clean and detail-orientated...from little sweet surprise as a welcome gift on our room to Bvlgari shower gel and lotion. Just few metres from Valencia Cathedral, the location is gorgeous. Recommend to rent a bike- hotel allowed us to keep bikes during the night in common spaces. Would recommend this hotel and if returning to Valencia will stay again.

My wife and I went to Valencia for the first time and we had booked the Caro Hotel directly from their website. The hotel lived up to our expectations and went further. The room was extremely lovely (Room 35) and the staff could not have been more helpful . Overall it made our visit a delight.

Stayed Easter weekend, very modern/trendy hotel set in an old building. Room was great as was service. Has a foodie restaurant but it was fully booked so did not try it. Ideally situated in the old town within walking distance of all the attractions and restaurants, if which there is a huge choice. Take some good walking shoes.

I spent 7 nights in the Caro hotel in a very comfortable room with a private terrace. From the moment of arrival the friendly welcome set the tone for my stay. The staff are friendly and helpful in every way. The 26 rooms are well appointed with modern individual designs that cleverly manage to deliver everything you would need for your stay, they are also spotlessly clean. It's the added extras make this boutique hotel stand out from larger chains and your stay memorable. Located 5 minutes from the Cathedral, this is the ideal location to explore Valencia, You are right in the centre of old town, but in a quiet corner, close to the centre and to the wonderful Turia park. I arrived on the final day of the Fallas festival, which was an amazing experience. It's noisy with firecrackers and fireworks as the event comes to it's climax, but the artwork all around the city has to be seen to be believed - such talent. I celebrated my birthday during my stay and to come back from a long day of walking around the city to a special surprise of fizz and cake was very much appreciated and a lovely touch. Breakfast is served in the Michelin star restaurant and you had a choice of continental items and/or items from the menu. I did read previous reviews that there was no coffee facilities in the room, so I brought my travel kettle and coffee with me - perfect solution. You can get a wide choice tea delivered to your room upon request free of charge and your have complimentary soft drinks and snacks in the fridge. The turn down service team are wonderful, they arrive with a smile and leave a little gift on your pillow every night with a weather card for the coming days, and each afternoon the Caro team deliver a cake taster gift from the chef - such a nice touch. If you want a room with a view, then the location of the Caro hotel may not be right for you, but for exploring the city and surrounding areas the location is ideal. I would highly recommend this hotel for the location, the the amazing staff and the relaxing atmosphere.

What can I say-everything about this hotel was perfect. My husband and I stayed for 2 nights in one of the attic rooms. I'd read reviews about these rooms being pokey because of the beams but we loved it. Full of character, actually a really large room and had a cool big round bath in it-its a very romantic room! Gorgeous bathroom area with lovely toiletries, fluffy towels, robes and slippers. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and the staff can't do enough to help. I'd love to come back in warmer weather to make the most of the little pool and enjoy cocktails in the courtyard garden. We didn't eat in the hotel because it's really well located, very central to lots of lovely cafes and restaurants. Would very highly reccomend.

Overall an excellent hotel. This is a modern property set in an old historic building loctated in central Valencia. Our room was in the loft. It had a great shower, lovely bath in room and a very comfortable bed. Love the little treats left in the room on a daily basis. Staff were polite and efficient. Attached is Sucede restaurant which I have reviewed separately. The only negative was in our view some of the furniture. For instance the chairs in the bar look great but are not comfortable. In a bar I want to sit, relax and enjoy my drinks. Here we were perched on a hard chairs. Other than that we loved it!

The management and staff were very attentive and always keen to provide help. The Desk manager noticed it was my wife's special birthday and we were given an afternoon treat on-the-house which was very much appreciated.

We stayed here for three nights in the lead up to the annual Fallas celebrations. The hotel itself is beautiful and rooms very well appointed. They’re quite modern so don’t expect the traditional European style. Interior of the hotel has many artefacts from medieval times and some from Roman. They’re all labelled and can provide audio access to explain exactly what they are. Our experience with the staff was excellent. They were very helpful from our arrival to departure and any room service requested was very fast. Location was one of my primary objectives when looking for a hotel here and this was perfect. Down a quiet little street (that is difficult if you’re driving in) but only a few hundred yards walk from bars and restaurants and one of the city’s big plazas, Roman ruins and Valencia cathedral.

A beutyfull hotel on a good place in the city. Nice rooms and very clean! I recived Some Nice chocolade in my room and a small card with the wether of the upcoming days, very Nice to get! Very very helpful and friendly staff specially at the reception!

Excellent location right in centre of old town but also very quiet. Interesting mix of ancient history and modern design. Front desk staff both very charming and helpful. Very comfortable bed gave a good night's sleep.
