This cozy and functional modern apartment has a room with a double bed, a room with 2 single beds and a sofa bed for two people. Maximum capacity for 6 people. A bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Large living room with flat screen TV. It is located in one of the emblematic neighborhoods of the city, Mestalla, (in its surroundings is the field of Valencia cf. which gives it its name). Very well connected by public transport. 200 meters from the Aragon metro station from which you can reach the airport in 35 minutes and the city center in 10 minutes. A 20 minute walk from the City of Arts and Sciences, which you can access the Turia Gardens, which are located 300 meters from the apartment. Walking along the river you can reach the Jardines del Real and the San Pío V Museum of Fine Arts in 15 minutes. Location, location, location!!

Great place to stay - well located - coffee shop a few doors down awesome - easy to grab a cab and walking distance to many great spots like the Arts and Science Museums! Would visit again!

Great place in Valencia

This apartment is midway between the beach and downtown Valencia. We took cabs as we had an older adult with us . But it’s in a very walkable area close to restaurants and shops. An amazing brunch/ coffee shop right next door. It’s noisy until 10 pm then gets quiet. Clean and well laid out .

Lovely stay for our American family

We stayed at this wonderful and clean apartment for 5 weeks with our 2 young adult kids. Our daughter had a study abroad at polytechnic university there and we wanted to be close to spend weekends with her. We were a bit nervous just bc of a language barrier and paying Spanish management company directly; they were accommodating and quick to respond with our concerns before our arrival. The location was perfect for us, it was about a 20 min walk to our daughters dorm at the university, a 15 min walk to the old town which we went to almost daily. There are multiple bus stops nearby, the 32 bus was the one we used the most as it’s right outside the apartment and it’s only 10 stops to the beach…about 20 min ride. The metro was also very easy to use and the stop is right around the corner. Grocery stores and lots of little cafes all over. Our son really liked the football stadium being close by as well. We were able to take the metro to the train station to go to Barcelona and Madrid very quickly and easily. Also, a great flamenco bar not far from the train station, using the metro we were able to get there in less than 15 min. The apartment was set up very nicely, had everything we needed and included a washer and a dryer which was ideal; air conditioning worked great and apartment temp stayed nice and cool. We brought our own firestick to watch tv, internet worked great to stream whatever we needed. Very safe, kids were able to club with no worries.

Excellent séjour

Ménage impeccable (merci Lydia ?) à l'arrivée. La procédure d'arrivée / départ est simple et souple. L'appartement est très fonctionnel. La fibre et le WIFI fonctionnent très bien. Le centre ville est à 20+ minutes à pied. Le métro est tout proche. L'accès en voiture est facile. Nous avons réussi à nous garer tous les jours dans le quartier.

Empfehlenswertes Appartement in verkehrsgünstiger Lage und nahe am Stadion Mestalla

Nach der Buchung gab es Unstimmigkeiten zwischen der Angebotsbeschreibung von FeWo-direkt und dem Anschreiben nach der Buchung vom spanischen Unternehmen Travel Habitat. Aus Schlüsselübergabe und Kautionszahlung vor Ort (FeWo-direkt) wurde Schlüsselabholung an einem Schlüsselkasten mehrere km von der Fewo entfernt und Überweisung der Kaution. Die tel. Kommunikation mit FeWo-direkt war unbefriedigend, langsam und nicht zielführend. Auf Englisch konnte ich mit Travel Habitat per email kommunizieren. geändert hat sich aber nichts. Dank des guten Nahverkehrsnetzes in Valencia war der Umweg zu verschmerzen und die Schlüssel waren am vereinbarten Ort. Die Kaution wurde wenige Tage nach dem Urlaub vollständig zurücküberwiesen. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, an manchen Stellen etwas abgewohnt (das Bad, z.B. Risse in den Bodenfliesen der Dusche). Sie liegt verkehrsgünstig und es sind viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort. Insgesamt waren wir mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden, wir haben nichts vermisst.
