Good parking!

Receptionist was friendly and very welcoming. Good location and secure parking outside in a proper parking courtyard. Room was basic bed was ok but that’s about it rest was very basic and tired. Shower was broken and was just an attachment over an old bath this is a €10 fix and is easy so I find this inexcusable. All in all I would stay here again for a night as it was cheap and I like secure parking.

Seedy and tired

Seedy, tired hotel in a grotty location. Rooms not on the noisy street face on to a dreary gap between buildings. My daughter's room was covered in dog hairs. Weak coffee and tasteless hot chocolate at breakfast. Very disappointing for a Logis de France. Avoid.

2 NIGHTS AT ST JACQUES

Convenient central location in Valence-8 kms from TGV station- with secure car park adjacent,but it costs 6 euros per night! Hotel is OK for short stay but it and bedrooms are in need of upgrade and re-paint. Clean linen and towels supplied. Shower is in the bath but at least hot! Small lift to floors 2 and 3. Breakfast costs 7 euros 50 for croissants, cheese/cold meat choice,fruit juices and excellent coffee-as much as you want!. Own brasserie next door is popular and offers varied menu choice at reasonable prices. Staff at reception and in bar/brasserie were friendly and helpful. Overall good budget value at 56 euros per room per night.

Het hotel ligt op een gunstige locatie, vlakbij de binnenstad. Het ligt wel aan een drukke en luidruchtige straat. Het hotel is wel toe aan renovatie. Maar gezien de prijs is alles redelijk. Kamer klein en basic. Maar voldoet. Personeel is vriendelijk en hulpvaardig.
