House from 1852 renovated in an old agricultural area of the XIXth century, in the countryside, in a quiet area, outside Valdériès, a small Tarn village. We can accommodate in this cottage of 120m² up to 5 people. On the ground floor, the kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge-freezer, washing machine, iron, living room with color TV, 3-seater sofa and 2 armchairs, Godin wood stove colonial type
Upstairs, a bedroom with 3 single beds, another bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed, bathroom with shower, separate WC.

High speed ethernet access is available in the parents' room and wifi throughout the accommodation.
Closed outdoor area with 150m² garden and 30m² terrace with barbecue as well as a play area for children. An above-ground wooden swimming pool of 6m70 by 4m, open from June to September, is to be shared with l'Oustalou and possibly the owners.
Sheets and towels are provided. End of stay cleaning is included in the price. Animals are allowed after agreement. We accept holiday vouchers.
Possibility to rent per night from 3 nights. Long stays possible at decreasing rates as well as VAT recovery for companies.
The cottage is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

séjour aux Genets

ménage fait au minimum (frigo -cheveux douche etc...) le pire : une soi-disant piscine très très sale et pas nettoyée durant notre séjour - dehors chaises et tables très sales (la propriétaire nous a dit qu'il suffisait de les laver, elle n'avait pas eu le temps de le faire !!!!, ne parlons pas du barbecue : inutilisable - pas d'internet et le pire ; poulailler donnant sur le petit jardin derrière, des mouches en permanence, abominable ! Gite à zapper d'office ! la propriétaire est de mauvaise foi !
