Occitanie, near Albi, in a former agricultural estate, with swimming pool

Old farmhouse of the XVII (stable ground floor living rooms above), which later became an agricultural hangar, and now transformed into a cottage to welcome you in the countryside, quiet, outside of Valderiès, a small village with its tarnais local shops (bakery, grocery, butcher-caterer) in the village center. We welcome in this house of 42m² 2 people and 1 child up to 4 years. All on the ground floor, the kitchen is well equipped: oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge freezer, washing machine, iron, living room with color TV, sofa 2 places. Always in open space you have a toilet area with basin and a walk-in shower. The toilets are separated and closed as well as the cellar.
Ethernet or wifi access is available.
Enclosed outdoor space with 150sqm garden and terrace of 30m² with barbecue. An above ground wooden pool of 6m70 by 4m, open from June to September, is shared with the occupants of the 'oustal del vailets' and possibly the owners.
Sheets and towels are provided. End of stay cleaning is included in the price. The animals are admitted after agreement. We accept holiday vouchers.
Possibility to rent per night from 3 nights. Long stays possible at decreasing rates and recovery of VAT for companies.
The cottage is heated and features a kitchen and a patio. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Endroit très calme, à la campagne. À proximité des principaux sites à voir dans le nord du Tarn.

Logement propre et indépendant. La possibilité de bénéficier de la piscine est un plus non négligeable l'été. Un ventilateur serait le bienvenu 😓. Les propriétaires connaissent parfaitement la région, et sont de bon conseil quant aux sites à visiter, ou aux adresses gourmandes.

Nous rêvions d'un séjour au calme, au vert : nous avons été comblés ! Des activités intéressantes avec un enfant de 8 ans à proximité. De bonnes tables et de bons producteurs (viande, légumes pain) dans un rayon proches. La location est propre, suffisamment spacieuse et équipée (2 adultes 1 enfant 8 ans et 1 petit chien). Acceuil chaleureux, propriétaires sympas, gîte bien équipé, bien situé dans le calme mais assez proche des magasins et des centres touristiques. A refaire et à recommander! Warm onthaal door vriendelijke eigenaars. Het huisje is volledig uitgerust en biedt al het nodige. Goed gelegen op het platteland en toch dicht bij de toeristische bezienswaardigheden en de winkels. Gîte impeccable pour 2 personnes, très calme à la campagne, très bien situé pour découvrir Albi, les superbes bastides, Rodez et bon nombre de plus beaux Villages de France. Le Tarn, un peu secret, mérite d'être découvert ! Très bon accueil, piscine bien agréable en fin d'après-midi avec les chaudes journées que nous avons eues. Gîte à recommander.
