Located on the 1st floor, a charming sunny balcony a good part of the day is perfect for dining or a good sunbathing.
It offers 4 beds (1 sofa bed and 1 bunk bed) with kitchen area, bathroom and separate toilet.
Bed linen and bath towels are provided.

A cellar is available for luggage or skis.

The resort of La Colmiane offers winter and summer for many activities.
Besides skiing, from May it is possible to make the summer tobogganing, downhill mountain biking, pony rides for children, tree climbing, Via ferata or try the experience of more large Tyrolean Europe.

Appartement agréable, lumineux, fonctionnel

L'appartement est tout à fait conforme à la description. Il est très propre et a été rénové récemment (peinture, décoration, salle d'eau). Le matériel de cuisine est complet. Le réfrigérateur-congélateur a une bonne contenance ce qui est utile car les commerces sont dans la vallée à St Martin Vésubie. Le couchage (la banquette-lit) aussi est tout à fait satisfaisant. Nous étions 2 adultes et nous avons apprécié le confort, la tranquillité et la vue sur la montagne. La propriétaire s'est toujours montrée disponible.
