It has potential to be really good

There is plenty of space. The beds are ok and 3 bathrooms were nice to have. Dishwasher was useful. Didn't use TV but WLAN was very useful. What I missed was a table and chair for outside. I enjoy having breakfast outside so even just a small table & 2 chairs would have been great. An electric kettle would have made making tea mush easier. I didn't get to meet the owner. There is a pile of touristy information but it seems to have been left by guests. I would have appreciated a bit more local knowledge and tips. Bottom line: a good location with potential to be great.

Shower cabine did not work properly, water was running, also problems with jacuzy-shower head (in master bedroom), in kitchen many things not there which you expect, like kettle, knives, only Italian tv, no van, garage is nice and a lounge room. rooms are big. Nice location and kind owner.

Das Haus war für uns perfekt, so wie es beschrieben ist haben wir es vorgefunden.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, von dem Haus aus kann man tolle Wanderungen machen. Die Gegend ist klasse, der Comer See ist schnell zu erreichen und es wird nie langweilig da der See viel bietet. Das Auto ist allerdings eine Grundvoraussetzung, ansonsten hat man keine Chance etwas zu erleben. Nicht auf die Busverbindung verlassen!

Keine Villa aber Preis und Leistung gut

Ich fasse hier meine Eindrücke kurz zusammen. Wir haben Luisa nicht persönlich getroffen, der Kontakt per Mail war super und gut. Anfahrt war gut, Adresse mit Navi leicht zu finden. Das Haus liegt an einer Durchgangsstrasse, es war aber kein störender Verkehrslärm festzustellen. Da waren die umliegend ansäßigen Hunde lauter. Die Garage ist groß und mein VW T5 Bus passte gut rein. Es gibt kein Wlan im Haus, ich kann aber jedem empfehlen sich eine Vodafon Karte anzuschaffen (Prepaid) ich hatte immer 4 G Empfang was super schnell war. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war ok, in der Küche fehlen jedoch einige Sachen. Was aber nur für jemand wichtig ist, der dort auch kochen möchte, wir haben nur gefrühstückt und sind dann immer essen gegangen. Fernseher nur DVBT Empfang, also italienisch. Wohnräume und Bäder waren sauber, Eingangsbereich und ums Haus eher nicht. Man merkt eben ,dass es nicht ständig bewohnt ist. Kleiner Einkaufsmarkt im Ort, größerer Supermarkt ca. 3 KM in Asso. Ein Auto ist jedoch Pflicht für diesen Standort. Umliegend (bis 8 KM) gab es viele Restaurants und wir haben immer super gegessen. (TIP: La Storica di Asso). Der wohl schönste Ort am See---Bellagio- ist mit dem PKW in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Dort gibt es dann Gaststätten usw in Massen. Parken in Bellagio erfordert aber Nerven. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden und können die Unterkunft empfehlen.
