Located in a clearing, this independent house recently built in an eco-construction spirit consists of: On the ground floor : - a large living room-kitchen with a pellet stove - a PRM bedroom with a 140 cm bed, adjoining bathroom/WC - a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, adjoining bathroom/WC First floor : - a large family room with a 140 cm bed and two 90 cm beds. Outside, you can admire the beauty of the forest and the river just below from the terrace and enjoy the land of more than one hectare of forest. Gîte located next to an old mill, owners' holiday home. Access via a small road in the forest for around a hundred meters, snow equipment required in winter. Shops and services 15km away. Gîte complies with accessibility rules for people with reduced mobility. Very warm mill

Super séjour. Propriétaire super sympathique. Un seul petit bémol il manque une box wifi car il n’y a pas de réseau. À part cela c’est super calme et le gîte est vraiment très agréable
