The service at this hotel is truly what makes me rate it 5 stars. Every single person on staff is so helpful. The pool area is beautiful and clean. Rooms are simple but have all the amenities you need — dry cleaning, daily house keeping, fully stocked mini bar, restaurant, etc. Valet always brought our car quickly. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would come back!

Walls are too thin, you can hear EVERYTHING. Our stay was only $159, but I see sometimes it is $450 and I would be livid after spending that and not getting sleep because of the noise from other rooms! Cafe in front was lovely.

The property was decent, and maintenance and cleanliness were fine, but it's not been updated much, and they were short staffed. The room night price seemed high relative to value. Would recommend, as the staff they have is enthusiastic, and the location is in the midst of everything South Beach.
