Access via a covered, open terrace to the second house with one bedroom for four people, featuring a queen-size bed (160 cm) and two single beds (90 cm), and a wood-burning stove. Shower room and WC.
Private enclosed garden of 500 m² with a 50 m² covered terrace (20 m² of which is glazed), open terraces (40 m² and 20 m²), private enclosed courtyard of 180 m², and private heated swimming pool (9m x 3m, 1.50 m deep), open from May 15th to September 30th, with alarm security (plus a safety cover in winter), and access via a lockable French door.
