Some issues

Although we knew about the spiral staircase, we hadn’t expected it to be so difficult. No shoes upstairs was also a new one! Finally we were very surprised to find no towels in the bathrooms, had to go out and buy some.

A great base to explore the area.

This accommodation was excellent value for money. Very clean with high quality facilities. Good location close to local amenities and a lovely view of the surrounding area. We were given a very warm welcome by Jacqueline and a very helpful English speaking neighbour! It was the perfect base for our skiing holiday in the beautiful small ski resort of Crest Voland. I would definitely recommend this property to other families.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ombre Desous. The property is very well maintained, beautifully situated and ideal for a family holiday. The owners were most courtious and friendly, helpful and discrete. This “location” is very good value, we recommend it wholeheartedly. Nous remercions les propriétaires, notre séjour a été trop court, nous avons beaucoup apprécié le chalet et ses environs, quel beau pays! Nous espérons revenir en Haute Savoie avant trop longtemps.

Bonjour, Nous venons de passer 2 semaines de vacances magnifiques. Tout d'abord la qualité de cette prestation est remarquable. Après l'accueil tout en gentillesse, la découverte de la maison nous indique aussitôt que nous allons nous y sentir comme chez nous. Le site est à couper le souffle. La propreté exceptionnelle ainsi que tous les produits ménagers et les linges de lit mis à disposition, sont un gage de l'attention portée par le propriétaire à ses hôtes. Décrire ce qu'il y a à découvrir dans les environs serait beaucoup trop long. Vraiment une résidence à conseiller sans aucune restriction. Merci

Location très agréable dans un lieu calme avec belle vue, spacieux et très bien situé par rapport au Lac. Bien équipé et fournis (café, pastille LV, produits entretiens, torchons). Nous avons apprécié l'espace ,le calme et le confort de la maison. Situé à 35 min de la station de Crest volant, nous avons pu skier tout le séjour. Un seul bémol, cependant , concernant la vaisselle et l'équipement pour faire la cuisine, un peu juste pour 5 personnes et pour ceux qui aiment faire la cuisine. Mais les parents du propriétaire nous ont gentiment dépanné.
