Stay away from that place. It is not what they pos

We left the hotel 3 nights earlier, we couldn't checked out, because nobody was there. We will never step foot into that place. Place looks terrible and far from the city. Only one restaurant that we can walk to. Thank God we were able to find another clean, nice hotel in the city. We asked about refund for the remaining days, we were dinied.

Bad service.

Unless you can figure many things out by yourself, that hotel is not for you. It has very limited front desk operating times. Entrance door codes are changed without telling guest almost locking me out if it wasn’t for another guest going in.

Avoid this, like the plague!! I swear, a rip off, it's like the whole thing is section 8!!!!!!! Pictures are when it was newly built!!!!! Windows and window screens hanging off!!! Single mothers all over the place. I don't think that the owners know that it's listed on these sights!!!! carpets coming off the floor in hallways!! lights didn't work in bathroom. I left and let them keep my 10 day rental!!! Please avoid this hotel like the plague!!!! Somebody should report them!!! A complete scam!!!!!!

Fair Price

Fair price for the distance from the Paris Downtown. You will need a car for sure, but the neighbourhood is nice, with supermarkets. You can have a breakfast if you want but I did by myself since there is oven and frige. Good value for money!

Not nice

The hotel was located at the back of a small industrial estate, hard to find and not pretty surroundings. The building is tired, the facilities very basic, the carpet in the corridor is horrendous, the room was tiny, twin beds put together in the middle, no telephone, no wi-fi, no internet in the rooms, decor is basic, badly built. You could hear the water running from other rooms when people took showers, bad plumbing. The sound insulation wasn't good either. Probably one of the worst hotel I have stayed in in the last 10 years. The only positive was that it was quiet outside, on the border of the forest.

If it was not so terribly neglected it would OK

I took this hotel because of some positive reports. It was inexpensive and not excessively far from CDG airport, certainly off the morning rush circuit. The room was excessively dirty, the likes of which I have not see in France over my 39 years of regular visits to this country. Paint was pealing, splashed matter on the walls, biofilm in the tub, all around the toilet and baseboards throughout the room, and even in the sink around the drain. Do I need to say more?

great location - close to the airport and city transport

We chose this apartment because of its nearness to the airport. The area is charming with a huge shopping complex in the next village (with one of the best boulangeries). It also has a supermarket in front of the complex which is very handy. Transport links into Paris are at you doorstep. Above all it was the peace and quiet of the countryside within easy reach of the city that appealed to us. Hard to find if you don't have good directions.

d'Andily

When I was looking at this hotel online it said it was 6 miles from downtown Paris. We had to ride a bus from d'Andilly to the train station, then take a train into Paris Nord. Nothing is open in d'Andilly on Sunday. The staff was very helpful, and a safe neighborhood.

They need to improve a little bit a their services

That was not a bad experience to me compare to some previous negative experiences I had with other hotels. Their staff is kind and helpful. If I have to complain about something; it is only the internet connection. If they work on that, the place would be a very good choice for customers. Anyway, thank you for assigning me to Residhotel les Hauts d'Andilly Zac De La Berchere. I love France and I enjoyed my stay there. Now instead of having three stars I give them four. I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!

We were under the impression that this was a 3 star hotel. I was unaware that 3 stars included hair all over our drain plug in the bathroom, ciggarette burn marks on the comforters of the pull away couch, mold in the refridgerators, and the musk that filled the room. The hotel is a extended stay type of hotel. It is in a very shady part of town and my family and I did not feel safe there at ALL! On a lighter note the staff was very professional and were helpful with getting to the closest train station. I do not however, recommend this hotel at all

Travaux dans la rue qui empĂȘche l'accĂšs Ă  l'hĂŽtel, aucune indication, parking plein de dĂ©chets, couloirs avec sous vĂȘtements et jouets d'enfants, bruyant, entre la musique et les personnes qui crient dans les couloirs. Le canapĂ© n'Ă©tait pas clic clac comme dĂ©crit mais en gigogne, peu pratique, la tĂȘte de lit du double lit qui bouge.... Bref. Point positif, la propretĂ© de la piĂšce principale.

Le parquet colle et les murs sont sales! Pas de rĂ©ception aprĂšs 19h00 ni avant 9h00! Nous n avions pas de papier toilettes seul les serviettes semblait ĂȘtre propre! À fuir rĂ©ellement !
