Gite in the owner's House. 1st floor: kitchen corner living room (1 sofa bed 2pcs), common washing machine with the owner, 2 bedrooms (1 bed / 2 single beds p.), bathroom (shower). Terrace + private gravel Court. Small steep natural slopes. Ski area Val Cenis Vanoise at 400 m. Cross-country skiing at 700 m. Contemporary style house located at the entrance of the village, above the road. Bordering grasslands and meadows wooded. Bed & Breakfast very good comfort. Spacious and bright. Large terrace with superb views of the Valley, massif and the Parrachée tooth. Close to shops & services. Gite 400m from the Val-Cenis-Vanoise ski area (125 km of slopes). Many sports, aerial and outdoor activities, summer and winter. At the gateway to the Vanoise National Park, with magnificent hikes to mountain lakes and glaciers. Village located on the Route des Grandes Alpes via the Col de l'Iseran and at the foot of the Col du Mont-Cenis with the Italian border. Many legendary passes! Land of Art and History with an important cultural heritage. Family resort ideal for children. Privileged location for hiking and cycling in the summer!
